@pingeepong I'm a fan of chef john mitzewich(i bet you didn't know yet his family name, like I said I'm a fan of his) but the thing is, every recipe doesn't have to be with the same procedure. We have 7 continents, 196 countries in the world and millions of family recipes... so expect each has their own way style of cooking based on their history/culture.
