I have a question about schweser and CFA books, i habe pdfs of both 5 pdf of schweser and 7 of CFA so what you do advice me because i want to do the exam in November and study both CFA and schweser?
Can you please kindly share how to make an study plan...like how to plan for the study session,in one week how much portion should be completed and with how much reading etc... basically eloborate your study plan..so we can modify it according to our preference and prepare well for the exam...and can you please share it as early as possible... thanks..
You can start with min 1:39. You’ll see there that I started 26 weeks before, which I’d recommend. Then from there just aim to do 3 readings a week, and you’ll have a measure of when you need to pick it up (when behind) or can feel good because you’re ahead. Like I said, just start with reading 1 (quants) and go from there. But if it’s a little too hard to start, then you can start with a simpler topic like Corporate Issuers and then go back to quant. The first few weeks is all about building the study habit so don’t waste too much time planning - the best is just to start! Best of luck!
You need the books and Q bank, so I believe it’s the most basic one! All the other things are good but not super useful. Additional help you can find online for free or small additional amounts
For the “calculate” word, if the reading tittle does not show “calculate” (maybe show “identify”), it means that no need to memorise the formula? Am I right?
That is correct yes. You also get a great sense of your needs based on the questions. Once you do a few of them around that LOS you’ll determine if you need to memorize the formula or not
