DONT BE SCARED... it might sound mean but the fact that you failed twice is a really good thing. You know what types of questions to expect, STUDY THOSE!!!!!! Theres nowhere to go but up lol. Its gonna be scary but when you sit down and see that you know half of the answers, your good Look at the comment from @Chris Barrett, he said it best but my personal tips: GET THE ROAD SIGNS DOWN PACK.. Know all of them... ALL OF THEM Also some of the road test questions are thing you can figure out logically if you pay attention when other people drive(so try to pay more attention) If you from NY you gotta know the alcohol/ driving under the influence laws because there will be a few questions on that. Can you do a follow up video for that if you did? Thanks! I paid $103. I think i got a discount for getting a perfect score because i also got the enchanted ID which is $30 extra and that was my total...the guy next to me paid more for just a regular permit

Devon Declan I mean you can start studying from now if you want. I’m not sure what your studying style is though, some people retain information quickly and some people need a longer time, so that is something you should consider but I would suggest to start doing real life studying from today, meaning if your on the bus, in a car, in a taxi look at what they are doing. How they drive and ask questions. Now this may not work 100% of the time because people don’t always follow the rules of the road however this is why you ask questions and use common sense to make sure you’re on the right track. And to start reading the book you can either start in August and take practice road test every month to see if you can remember what you’ve learned. Or you can start in September and do something similar

Rosy Posie yeah it was a while but it’s because you have 3 places to go. First you have to fill out the paper then your waiting to take your picture, do the actual test and then pay for the permit. That’s 3 things and there’s a lot of other people waiting for as well‼️😂😂😭

I think the 20 questions are different for anyone. Just think aout the people and stories about how they failed the permit test for like the third time. Although for the questions is there a timer on the test. As in you have this long to answer the question and submit the test?

Don’t be nervous, I think you will do great because clearly if you found this video you are trying your best do good. That attitude will get you to your goal. I took this test a while ago and idk if it changed a lot but I will say most of the questions are common sense, thing like if your at a 4 way stop which car should move off first. So take a lot of practice test just so you get an idea of what to expect (and look specifically for your state because they ask different questions). At least 2 of the questions will be on signs so make sure you know them. Know the drugs and alcohol level for your state. Know some of the laws... it’s not important to know the fines but know things like you can’t wear headphones and drive, or if you drive without a license is that points off your license or a suspension of your license (things that would be under laws). KNW THE SPEED LIMIT, which is easy things like school bus laws, how far to stay away from a car in front of you, average speed on a highway, alley or street. In general just skim through 😂 that’s what I did but please take lots of practice test, and you’ll do great 👍 Just try not to stress too much, you have a lot of time. Crescent Moon but seriously, don’t be worried I think if your even worried about what to study that’s a good start But for the test I think you should know the: Road signs cause you will definitely get at least 2 to 3 In your from NY knw anything that has to with drunk driving or any driving under the influence of a substance Some of the questions are kinda common sense if you watch people drive TAKE PRACTICE TEST - this saved my life cause some of the questions (especially situational questions ) like can u turn left on a 3 lane street? Idk the answer but if I get it wrong I’ll remember it

Layy B yes for the permit you take a multiple choice test which has 20 questions and you need to get 14 or more correct to pass. Then when you get your permit you wait till 6 months and then go to a driving school they will do road test but, you need to pay for that like 200$

As soon a your ready. You might need proof that you took lessons with a driving school. But mostly all you need is the permit, a car to take the test in, a 5-hour class... some states need more than that or it depends on which DMV you take the test( they might ask for another form of ID...etc)but when you call, do it online or set it up in person you can ask.
