Candus, this is so helpful! Thank you so much for posting this video! I haven't been paying my taxes electronically, but I think I will start because for some reason QB isn't matching the transaction from the bank feed to the manual marking it as "paid." It's so frustrating!

Hello... new follower here and learning the different features of QBs. Just picked up my first client and still learning their business and processes. They are a small business and pay the bills themselves. I am only managing QBs... that being said, they have given me July invoices in which they have paid. I see no reason to use the Enter Bill and Bill Pay feature BUT that's the way it's been handled before I took over. My question is this.... I have an invoice with a Billing date of 6.18.24 which was paid on 7.15.24. Should I enter the bill and pay the bill using the same date of 7.15.24? June has been reconciled (before I started). Maybe I am overthinking this....
