How to perform a factory reset on your Porsche 

Will it hurt anything to do a full reset on a 991 911? I have a friend who’s infotainment keeps rebooting. Was thinking this rest might clear up the issue. Or it’s a least worth a shot instead of having to have the whole infotainment unit replaced. Just wanted to make sure this won’t harm anything to do a full reset, not just a handover reset. It appears to be fine here, but I’m just being cautious.

Just bought a ‘23 cayenne turbo and it still has the old owners account in my car. If I do this will it remove his account?
