For introduction, you can base on my suggestion below but please do add more with your imagination and interpretation: "Today I'm going to present a poem written by poet Mita Jain from Pen-Pencil-And-Stories. The poem's title is 'It is what it is' and in this poem the poet is encouraging the reader to face the challenges and tough situations in life with grit and determination as they are the truth of life."

Yes, the poem does use a lot of literary devices. I suggest listening to the poem again and trying to identify. It will be a fun exercise. To get you started here are a few of that are used: Metaphor Similes Oxymoron Rhyming scheme Repetition Alliteration Rhetorical question
