Today I am going to go through a TON of images that I will be using for magazine collage in my art journal! This one is for all of my peeps who struggle to find images to use in their magazine collage. Includes heads, bodies, arms and legs!

I missed this one too. Oh goody. You are amazing. How can you keep all those decisions and keep everything straight. You are a great teacher. I like how you think through your dolls and then recap per page. That helps a lot. It's the black and white one that you were going to cut skirt I think.

I still love how you piece these images together, amazes me 😊...I'm still looking for the right arms to go with my images, I think I may need to try different images 😮...No one I know guys magazines, I've asked around and can't get them so I've been buying my own, so darn expensive just to cut up lol....Thank you for sharing this 👌🙏🏻

That is tough... they ARE super expensive to get just to cut up...:( Do you have ebay over there? You can order "lots" of old magazines!

The only ones that seem weird are cutting and doodling... do you need help with those or just the design?!?!...:)

@@TaraJacobsen I am a fussy cutter from way back! But... taking the mundane and making faces or bodies the “odd” stuff. I am also a doodler and have a pretty good grasp on it but composition can be the real challenge in this type of art. My problem is I over do it. Big time. I cut and cut and juzz and redo and add and days later I have a background made(maybe) a million ideas and nothing glued down. I just got a page mostly done and I keep messing with it. I do other mixed media collage just fine. I have no idea why I want to overdo this form. It’s so cool and I love your work. BTW I did pre-make 5 colorblock backgrounds and I really like them. Lol
