I was literally just looking at your brushes on beautylish not more than 15 min ago. I think the universe is trying to tell me something. Your videos always have the best tutorials especially on subjects that don’t get touched on in the beauty community. Thank you!
I am 63 years young, and from watching and listening to this beautiful, honest, informative, helpful and caring man share his skills, gave me the courage to completely change my whole outlook on how I care for my skin; cleansing and applying hydration and moisture (as demonstrated) along with how I now apply my make up, has had an immense effect on lifting my confidence and instilling in me that although I’m older in life, I’m still an attractive, vital woman 👍🏼. …… Wayne’s incredible attention to detail, enabled me to look and feel so much better. I’ve had many a complement on how ‘extremely well’ I look, and I cannot thank you enough Mr Wade for giving me (us) your time, dedication and sincerity 🥰 I’ve also have the added Bonus of reading such lovely comments from such lovely people who also thank you just as much as I do ……. Long may you rock Wayne 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
I couldn't resist your face brushes actually and got 3! anyway you are an amazing artist and person..being so kind makes you one of the best ppl to follow online
Thank you Wayne. Now I know what brushes ‘do’. You are a wonderful instructor. Glad you are doing videos now during these ‘quarantine’ times. you are helping people in many ways! ❤️
Yes.... YOU and your brushes are PERFECTION PERSONIFIED!!!!! For us older gals who may have looser skin on the eye these brushes are PHENOMENAL!!! They don't move the skin, only the product where you want it to go.... Thank you Wayne!!!
Leena A on your man too? This is so great, my boyfriend is also ok with trying things on him, contour his nose for example😂. This is so much fun, i love it. and he always admires my work❤️
Totally unrelated: The Cult Beauty x Wayne Goss box arrived here today and I was so excited I might have terrified my family. It was hard to explain the excitement so I showed them a video. Even my 77 year old father is now suitably impressed. 👍🏼
I definitely do my entire lid work with crease or blending brushes only or a fluffier base shadow brush like the RT domed shadow brush. I very rarely use flat eyeshadow brushes.
I miss so much your flat shader brushes in blue squirrel (the big and the smaller one) I use them constantly, same issue with the big pencil brush in blue squirrel. Do you think there is any chance that these exquisite brushes would make a comeback, one day? Love you Wayne, you are such a kind person and fabulous makeup artist, I always rely on your tutorials and, of course, on your brushes. By the way, I have no words to describe how much I love your 2019 holiday brush ♥️
Thank you for these tips Wayne 😊 especially the keep it simple principal. Its great advice for novices like me who get a little overwhelmed with choice.
I can’t wait for your brushes to get back in stock! They’ll be my first Japanese brushes and I’ve been saving for so long just to be able to buy yours 💛 love love love your videos
Wayne, I almost skipped this video post. I glad I finally watched it. I kind of knew this stuff, but it's nice to see it from you. Stay in, be safe, do more videos, watching you helps all of us have some normalcy. Peace Sheila.
Your brushes are the best! And you’re a wonderful human being. 💚 On another topic, please can you review Rituel de Fille makeup? The entire brand just looks sooo amazing and you’re one of the only RU-vidrs whose reviews I trust to be genuine!
Thank you, Wayne. I love my Eye Set. Thank you for all your hard work perfecting and designing them. Thank you for the nice diversions. I hope you're not getting too stir crazy.
Love this video Wayne.. Especially the part of using one's eye brushes on the face.. On Saturday I felt like playing with some make up. I buffed in some powder foundation. I don't usually bronze, I do more of a brontour with a gel bronzer over my foundation. But instead I pulled out my powder bronzer (which I use as eyeshadow) and having a small face and no smaller bronzing brush (I usually just use a finger when applying the gel bronzer) I picked up my big crease brush and used that instead to apply it. And I loved the effect.. I'll definitely be multitasking that crease brush now that I have the Wayne Goss stamp of approval though ..;-)
I have very tiny space and trust me, I used to buy all those famous brushes which were popular and always looked messy at the end. Now my most fav ones are pencil brushes and somewhere small concealer brushes for packing, thanks for making such an important video and actually a lot of people should watch pro mua's like you to learn real things
Oh my goodness!! I needed this eyeshadow brush info to KEEP IT SIMPLE!!! Thank you so much for making brush selection so much simpler! You’re my favorite!!! Stay safe! ♥️
thanks Wayne this was so helpful! I am going to be starting cosplay make up tutorials and know what brushes are good for my eye shape is great information!
Hey Wayne Thanks so much for this help. I been doing my eyeshadow for years but I only used 2 colors. But I been trying to get better at adding colors but for some reason it doesn't come out like all the others. But I think this will help me get better. I been buying brushes but now I know that alot of them are too big. Now I know to get ones that fit my eye shape. Thanks again.
Yessss!! Love you Wayne! You are the best teacher! I learn so much of your techniques. I can't thank you enough! Love you and wish you the best from Argentina❤
So informative, thank you! I have the face & eye set and I absolutely adore the brushes, they’re gorgeous. Would you ever consider making a domed crease brush?
Okay unrelated to eyeshadow brushes, but I desperately need your help with foundation! I’ve been using Double Wear solely for years & decided to move on. It just wasn’t skin-like & too heavy. I have dry skin, with a slightly oily t-zone. I’m 24 & I like my skin to look dewy/radiant/satin, def. not matte. I don’t want to look like a disco ball either though 😂 I like medium to full coverage, doesn’t emphasize dry patches/texture, pores, or transfer too easily. I also do not want it to clog my pores/cause breakouts. I bought all of these foundations & truly cannot decide between them... 1. Givenchy Everwear 2. Dior Forever Skin Glow 3. Shiseido Synchro (I’m quite nervous about if this or Dior skin glow will cause breakouts) 4. Nars Sheer Glow or Radiant Longwear 5. Guerlain Lingerie De Peau 6. ABH Luminous. I’ve tried Armani Luminous Silk & I feel like it just doesn’t last throughout the day (to justify the price) and it almost makes my skin appear more dry 🤷🏼♀️ I would LOVE your opinion!
I would say my eyes are a similar size to yours so, this was extremely helpful and informative!! Thank you for sharing this with us!! Glad you’re well and staying safe. Love you, Wayne!!❤️😘 xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxo
Hi 👋 Thank you for this video!!! It's as if you read my mind! I've been wondering what brushes to use on my eyes and now I know! You are the best! Stay safe and stay healthy! ❤😉 Much love from Florida USA ❤
Hi Wayne! This was a great video. I am loving your tutorial videos. Would love to see more - how to videos, so that I can practice while spending so much time in the house. I can't wait until your brushes come back in stock. There are a few that I am interested in purchasing from you and always adding to my list. I want to start replacing some of my cheap brushes and building a higher end collection of brushes as they last me so long I want to invest in good ones. Yours are the top of my list!
Used to use small brushes before, because I was told they suit my Asian eyes. But then I have learnt myself that the largest brushes work better and faster for me, because despite the narrow eyes I have very large space between eyelid and eyebrow. I have 2 brushes of yours, I love them, but I need larger now like 16.
Here for This-😍 I need to get new brushes !! Good once, like Yours ! Oohhh..😋💭 Wayne Goss brushes🖌️🤩.. Glad you did a brush video 👌❣️ VERY HELPFUL! (Even if I did watch Hindashes video too, who's such a sweetheart) Thank you 🙆❤️ Stay safe, stay healthy 🙏🏼💖 So much love from Finland 🙂👋
I have the launch lineup of WG eye brushes. When cleaned (swipe on microfiber towel if used daily, weekly deep cleaning with gentle shampoo) and stored carefully the bristles get softer. No hair splits or weird texture changes that come from buildup. Other brush brands I have don't have the same longevity. These brushes are worth it IMO but please do your research. Watch this video and others Wayne posted to see what would actually work for you.
I’ve been wondering the same thing! I’ve just saved up enough for two or three and I’m rubbish at eyeshadow so I was hoping some decent brushes would help!
@@Starryeyes65 you'll instantly see better results with his brushes (or any natural-haired ones). I suck at eyeshadow, but you'd never be able to tell since I bought 3 of his a year ago. Best investment and if u take care of them properly, they last for ages (I've heard)
Thank you so much for doing this! Like I commented in the other video, I bought a set of 12 eye brushes (from Morphe - the GLANCE PARTY EYE BRUSH COLLECTION (which of course they aren't selling anymore ugh)) and didn't have a clue which brush I should use for what. I think this will help me. Thank you for the ending with the pictures!!! Now I can match up my brushes with yours, I hope. Hopefully, in the future, I'll be able to save up the money and buy yours...then I'll know exactly which one(s) to use for what :)
Close to buying my first pallet. with all the techniques learned from you and Robert it should work out well. Gonna be interesting though, cause I have severe hooded eyes. even with my eye closed there is hardly any lid visible. Side note...it should be forbidden to keep a handsome man like you behind closed doors and hidden from the public eye, lockdown or not.
I have Asian eyes with 20-30% lid space and 70% brow space. What are the brushes I should buy? I think I might buy separate brushes from your brand instead of the eyes set.
