Good overview of Optase eye drops. It was interesting that you recommend Optase Intense for both types of dry eye. I often hear others recommend an oil based drop if you have both types of dry eye. I found using an oil based lubricant makes my eyes drier or more irritated. So, I only use them 3x's a day in addition to non-oil drops several times a day. But I am not sure how much adding an oil drop is doing to extend TBUT or improve my eye surface. I will try the Optase MGD.
