Thanks Andy. Awesome stuff as always. Found myself trying to find an excuse to buy your book, but since I only do martial arts I don't use any tech. If you write anything that applies to MMA I'll insta buy it ;)

If I may answer this: All in science, its depends and whats their goal. However, you can do Transverse plane and Frontal day 1 and saggittal plane day 2 for example... or Per plane each day based on frequency and scheduling of the client. Also, look at injury history plan accordingly. I hope that helps!!
