If I may answer this: All in science, its depends and whats their goal. However, you can do Transverse plane and Frontal day 1 and saggittal plane day 2 for example... or Per plane each day based on frequency and scheduling of the client. Also, look at injury history plan accordingly. I hope that helps!!
