what type of elastics do u recommend for class II clas lll bite? I have both class 2 and 3 bite and have mild overjet/overbite and mild open bite and i do triangle elastics, and what force of elastics should i use for best result? my ortho doesn't really help me with my concern everytime i ask him about it and its been 2 years. I hope ur'e able to help me

HI, I cover that in this video? I can't just "tell you" it depends on the patient and many different variables, You have to try them in and find the best fit. It also depends on what wire you are in

Should I be worried if I have a 20 round upper wire and 3 16/ 8 oz elastics 😭 because it feels really off and I’m kinda worried.

020 wire in an 022 slots size is very full but I've never dispensed 8oz elastics wow for intra oral use! I'd talk to your doctor if you're not feeling right about it
