Is there a max file size for these songs? I'm finding 100MB to be the cap but not sure

I recommend to press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer AVH-110BT below the USB port on the front of the receiver. I'm not aware of a particular limit to the file size of MP3, WMA, WAV, or AAC files. The maximum playback time for one audio file played from USB is 450 minutes. Other formatting and limits are shown in the video above. You can see it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G5hyqr2LyA4.html You can find the owner's manual for the Pioneer AVH-110BT here: www.pioneerelectronics.com/StaticFiles/Manuals/Car/AVH-110BT_OwnersManual081718.pdf You can find a full playlist of How To videos from Pioneer about AVH-110BT here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IjOXaCYwIyM.html and you can find more videos on Pioneer's RU-vid Channel here: ru-vid.com

What is the model number of your Pioneer in-dash receiver? Album art is displayed automatically when properly formatted. Try a different lower resolution image as the album art associated with each file.

The Pioneer AVH-110BT has a couple factory preset background images and colors available. You can see a video about changing the background image on Pioneer AVH-110BT here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W_MA8tV17QA.html You can find a full playlist of How To videos about Pioneer AVH-110BT here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-A46oxFubYWk.html AVH-110BT is the entry level model. Gud vid. Quite educational. Except you didn't cover the unit's ability to pick-up the last track where you left off. This has become a new nagging problem I'm having with a Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX in-dash unit. I'm exclusively a USB music fan. Had some heavy work done under the hood (likely days unplugged from the battery)and now my unit seems to have lost its ability to remember what track I was listening to during the last drive session. Quite annoying. This concept isn't in the manual or on any blog I can easily find. Any thoughts on what's going on?

This could be a few possible different issues. Is it possible the wiring for the receiver was effected during the repair work? Are the radio station presets lost each time your start the vehicle? If so, this could be a wiring issue. And this will also cause the USB to begin playback at the beginning of the drive. If the radio stations stay in memory when you restart the vehicle, the wiring is likely OK. Please clarify your question. Previously, the Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX was continuing playback from USB as expected before the vehicle was repaired. After the repair work, the operation has changed. Is that correct? If that's the case, I recommend to press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the AVH-W4500NEX on the hard key panel to the far right beside eject. Please answer a few additional questions. Were you previously using a different USB port? Port 1 or 2? Do you experience the same operation on both USB ports 1 and 2? How about SD Card? Do you experience the same playback from SD card? Are you using a database created by the receiver? Did you try to create a new database on the drive as shown in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KWaYfYk90IU.html Are you using file playback from "File" or "Tag"? You can see this demonstrated in this Pioneer How To video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KWaYfYk90IU.html You can find a full playlist of How To videos from Pioneer with very similar operation to AVH-W4500NEX here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xvp2910DqQs.html and you can find more videos on Pioneer's RU-vid Channel here: ru-vid.com

@deckerdotto6035
@deckerdotto6035 4 года назад
I recommend to do a simple experiment. On your computer, open the USB drive to be used in the Pioneer receiver, and create one experimental folder. In that experiment folder, drag each song individually, one at a time, in the order that you want them to play on the in-dash receiver. Wait for the song to complete it's copy to the USB drive before you start the next song. Just as an experiment, do this with about 10 to 20 songs. Check that experiment folder on the receiver to see if the files playback in the order you placed them in the folder. I'm not aware of a way to sort the folders and songs by date on a Pioneer receiver. However, naming the folders in an alphabetically sortable format may help. In this case don't use the DB sorting function, but use the Alphabet search instead. If you receiver supports the music database, DB function, it can be useful for sorting by Artist, Song, Album and Genre. You can see it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-C6h7IJ7wpmc.html You can find a full playlist of How To videos from Pioneer with similar operation to AVH-2150BT here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FtQ2LUUV1Mo.html and you can find more videos on Pioneer's RU-vid Channel here: ru-vid.com

Hii, I have recently purchased a AVH G229 BT model and I need to Re connect my bluetooth with my phone again and again. Even with the Auto Connect On the problem still persists.. I also tried to reset it using the hole present under the USB port... What to do? Can you please help?
@pioneerelectronics
@pioneerelectronics 2 года назад
Please be sure your phone is not connected to another device such as a headset or a portable speaker. This can block the in-dash receiver from connecting. Also please be sure your in-dash receiver is not connected to another phone. This may block your phone from connecting to the receiver. I recommend to delete all phones from the in-dash receiver's Bluetooth memory. You can see How To do this in the Pioneer video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Z9VTZHWPzkQ.html Next delete the Pioneer receiver from your phone's Bluetooth memory. Next, restart your phone. Next, press the microprocessor reset button on the receiver under the USB port. Next begin the phone pairing process from the beginning. Mine says unplayable file. I converted mp3 songs same as always that work but all of a sudden the newest songs won’t play other songs on same stick working. My new additions won’t play off multiple sticks. I read it was a tag issues but I removed tags added tags. No go. Why all of a sudden is this a problem? What site should I use to convert from RU-vid music for personal use?
@pioneerelectronics
@pioneerelectronics 3 года назад
I recommend to press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer AVH-110BT just below the USB port on the front of the receiver. There is a limit to the number of files and folders that can be read from a USB flash drive by the AVH-110BT. You can see the details here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G5hyqr2LyA4.html Pioneer Electronics does not recommend any particular software to download and convert music to MP3. I suggest to check the settings you were using on the original files that play correctly and to duplicate those settings for the new files. There is detailed MP3 file information for the USB source on Pioneer AVH-110BT in the owner's manual on page 28 and 29. You can download a copy of the owner's manual here: www.pioneerelectronics.com/StaticFiles/Manuals/Car/AVH-110BT_OwnersManual081718.pdf You can find more videos on Pioneer's RU-vid Channel here: ru-vid.com

I have a avh-a215bt, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the album art to display. Using a 16gb sandisk drive formatted as fat32, all the meta data is there, but still nothing. Please help.
@pioneerelectronics
@pioneerelectronics 3 года назад
You don't need to press a button to display album art. The album art display of the Pioneer AVH-110BT is automatic if properly formatted data is available and carried by the individual audio files. If the USB drive you are using is playing music, I believe the receiver is reading the USB drive correctly. I recommend to try a few things. 1. Press the receiver's microprocessor reset button. You'll need a paperclip or some other small point to press the microprocessor reset button. You can find the microprocessor reset button on the Pioneer AVH-110BT just below the USB port on the front of the receiver. You can see this on a similar receiver here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-WQ8p8b8vZKc.html 2. Try different resolution images for Album art. Higher or lower resolution may work for your application. 3. Try to use a different computer to put the music and images on the drive. 4. Please be sure the album art data is carried in the same folder as the song files. You can find a full playlist of How To videos from Pioneer about AVH-110BT here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-IjOXaCYwIyM.html and you can find more videos on Pioneer's RU-vid Channel here: ru-vid.com

Please check the video resolution and frame rate used by your video encoder. For the Pioneer AVH-110BT, I recommend to change them to lower than 720 x 576 max and 30fps max. You can see it here: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-G5hyqr2LyA4.html You also might experiment with a different video encoder for better results.
