what is the semi rigid and holder removal service for? i am planning to domy first submission soon, 10 1999 merlin pokemon stickers and a few cards, they all in sleevs and vault x semi rigids? also what if the value is over 199 if it gets a 10 but not if it doesnt can you vcharge extra later|?

Hi do you just go off psa 10 last solds on ebay to find the final graded value of your card or is there any other ways?

Also is the price e.g £15 is that price per card you want to submit? And dose bulk refer to types of cars as in non rare or speacial art rare etc? Sorry it’s abit confusing I’ve just got back into the hobby
