Informative video particularly for someone starting the research. Fee constructive comments: the background music is super annoying, you can mellow it down. Also, the video can be shorter and to the point. Good luck and thanks for sharing tips.
I was so excited seeing the length of vid, am sure it's detailed info but its been only 4 mins and i can't stand the background music... BGM is not helping, please try lowering it in next vid.. Honest suggestion, not a hater ✌🙆♂️
Hey Akanksha, this video was highly helpful, you have gone to such lengths to link everything in the description. I just started my research for a trip to Vietnam as a family of three & my kid is 7 years old & I found some real gems through this piece. I wanted to thank you for this. And I did go through some comments & read about the background score, my honest opinion is I didn't even notice there was any music as I was busy taking notes from the wonderful information you were providing :) One question though (and I may have missed this in the video) - What was the exact chronology of the locations you covered as in the exact order and was extensive travelling convenient to the schedule that you followed? Let me know your POV.
Hey Richa, thank a lot for the kind words, motivates me to bring about more such videos 😀 Coming to your questions - So the exact chronology was like this - Hanoi 2 days - Halong bay 2 days - Danang 3 including 1 day trip to Hoi An - Phu quoc 4 days Now how extensive was it - so I won’t deny it was a bit hectic for us but that was also because we were travelling with a 14 months toddler. But for you it should not be that hectic 😀 Every place we visited we didnt plan anything on the days of arrival and departure 😁 You can also DM me on Instagram if you have any more doubts ☺️
Thanks for the video. Really informative. One question I have is, should I make all the bookings for the cruise and other attractions before going? Thanks
Hey, I highly suggest to do the advance bookings for the cruise , the attractions you can take a call while in Vietnam as well but make sure you check on public holidays and weekends before you book anything as may or may not coincide with your itinerary. Happy travelling 😊
Thank you thank you so much! I have been going through many videos but nobody explained so clearly especially for those who are starting. I have saved and subscribed for your blog purely for the no nonsense and on point explanation. I'll add more questions once I start planning more for the trip!
quick question - how did you plan long days with an infant? Like we are skipping Golden hand and the entire place because it would be tiring to walk holding our baby. She won't sit long in the stroller. We are skipping tunnels/treks. Food planning especially while traveling and time/weather adjustment. Anything you can add would help @@absolutely_ak
@@absolutely_ak nudging you here 😂. Please upload if you can on how to manage with toddlers and don't need much editing or videos just speak your experience and that's more than enough.
Thanks 🙏, you can do Hanoi Halong bay followed by Phu Quoc .. you’ll have to check for the flights to Phu Quoc via Hanoi directly .. Hanoi being the main capital city should surely have flights to Phu Quoc 😊
You should definitely include Halong Bay, Danang, Hoi An & Phu Quoc. You can choose between Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh both have a different vibe 😃 Direct flights are there from Pho Quoc to India but Vietjet is know for cancellations and rescheduling so be careful before you book ✌️😇
There no discounts of I phones most priced the same as Mumbai but there were discounts on Samsung phones .. and as per customs I guess you can bring the phone unboxed but please check ✌️🙏
Hey, right inside just before you exit the airport there are several currency exchange kiosks. So you can exchange a few dollars just enough for travelling and anything essential and the rest of it you can convert from where ever your staying. There are several places in main markets and prominent places. But try carrying dollars only, that’s the easiest to convert 😊 Hope this helps 😊
Hey I wouldn’t suggest September as it would be rainy season, you might experience showers here and there. Also lot of outdoor activities might be at a risk of remaining closed. So probably October end onwards you can plan 👍🏻
Hey I don’t think so Indian driving licence is mostly allowed, haven’t read or heard of any restrictions ✌️ but please do check and add your experience 😀 would love to hear back from you ☺️
Your Welcome !! While booking a cab we paid through Cash. Incase you want to use your Neo Global Card, only a credit card will work and not Debit. In fact Debit Neo Global Card doesn't work any where in Vietnam. You can only use Neo Global Credit Card. So please be very mindful about that. 😀
Thank you very much for your prompt reply. Will do likewise 👍 However, not sure how to go for withdrawal of cash from ATMs there, in case of an urgent need, because with Credit card, ATM withdrawal can become expensive.
@@sanjivgoswami4719 your regular debit card allows cash withdrawal but subject to international withdrawal charges of around Rs.250 to 500 per withdrawal. Also make sure you enable international cash withdrawal as a setting on your debit card before you arrive Vietnam 😊
Love from Nepal Sir Mera tickets par middle name nahi aaya hai jab ki book karate bakt likha tha sirf sir first name and last name aaya hai... Vietnam to philipines make my trip se liye..kya karu sir .. rambabu Prasad sah passport par hai Lekin tickets me sirf rambabu sah aaya hai...
Hello sir, I guess it’s completely ok, Jahan Tak mujhe yaad hai, yeh humare saath bhi hua tha. I guess Vietnam ki bookings mein ticket par naam aisa hi ata hai. Still to be on the safe side you can try raising a query with airlines just to avoid any problems on the day of travel. In my experience it should not be a problem at all. Have an amazing trip 😊 all the best 😃
I feel like Halong Bay, Danang, Hoi Na and Phu Quoc are must dos rest you can juggle between Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh. There are direct flights from Phu Quoc to Mumbai 😊
