There was a way only in mw 2019 and 1st warzone. Since then it should be on stretched beforehand you play the game

You have to set the res in game first to wide 16:10 and then change the file settings to standard and make sure to set to read only then it will be fixed

I have 4070ti and Ryzen 7700x. I can't demonstrate bad FPS with these PC specs. Try it yourself and see the difference it will make

Type in display the custom resolution and edit it then save and follow steps

For amd u just need to add custom resolution in your AMD Software settings and it should be good to go with rest of the settings.
