@18:02. In regards to the "Plague of Locusts" card, you said that if the bid was tied nobody would lose any figures. On page 29 of the rulebook, it says "If two or more players are tied for the highest bid, then nobody’s figures are spared."
@Daan Hage Per the FAQ on the CMON website: "If multiple Plague of Locusts cards are played in a Battle, that many bids are resolved in sequence. Players with at least 1 figure in the region participate in the resolution of all bids, even if all their figures were killed in one of the previous bids. (Being in the region at the beginning of the phase is enough to qualify for all Plague of Locusts resolutions.)"
Great video. You only forgot one thing, but it's a huge advantage. The merged god can break the "must choose a different action for the second action", which means they can set themselves up for an event by choosing the same action.
This is, in effect, already explained by the mechanic of each player who controls the merged God only gets one action. When it's the other player's turn, they are effectively doing their own action still and so aren't constrained by the other player's action.

@@alejors1802 yes in a way, each player is still involved, but they now only receive 1 action, and when it is their go they control the same merged God. They also share their God power board, but all other rules for taking actions remain the same.
@16:53. You said that using the "Build Monument" card would put a monument in any adjacent space to one of your figures in that region. The card specifically says "anywhere in the region" though.
Just got this game yesterday and I'm just stunned by the quality of the miniatures. they're some of the most detailed things I've ever seen and whoever sculpted them deserves a raise

Hi, It’s a great video, thanks. I have found a few mistakes or maybe my understanding was wrong so if you could give me a feedback that would be great! You always have to choose a second action if you can, so the action marker must be moved 2 times. The exception is if you choose unlock ankh power first(cause no available action track below) Or if you are a merged god. You mentioned up to 2 actions, but it might be not obvious from the video. After splitting a region into two new regions, the player chooses one of the new regions to keep the Conflict Order token from the original region. So in your example you could put 4 on the lower region instead of putting 5 on there and just left 4 where it was earlier. I am not 100% sure that number of your followers is not a hidden information. It wasn’t mentioned either way in the rulebook. So in case of plague of locusts you might not know how many followers are the other players have. And also if there is a tie in case of plague of locusts between all participants all figures are killed
Nice vid. I assume that post merge, the merged players can choose the same action as each other. The lower down action restriction does not apply for them.
for the control monument event can you gain control over a enemy monument if no monuments on the board are neutral but there are still monuments that can be summoned?

HELP!! Question came up in our game. When two gods merged, we both had a level 3 guardian so can the higher merging god take the second level 3 guardian and have two going forward? Seems like the extra large base is for the merge of lower god but i think the rules say we can choose the guardians to keep so long as we have enough bases?
The Rules say The higher-merging god may gain control of any Guardians that belonged to the lower-merging god, even if they already have it or didn’t unlock the corresponding Ankh yet. If the player doesn’t have enough color bases of the corresponding size available, they must choose which Guardians to control and the others are removed from the game
@@TheGameBoyGeeks then perhaps its a set up thing....should you have both large bases in play or just 1 and the second only comes out if you are the lower merging god to attach to the base of the higher merging god?
@@curtismcgaughey3734 You're getting mixed up here. The lower merging God removes all their bases from the game, except the one that will attach to the higher merging God. The higher merging God still has all their bases available to put on Guardians.
I loved Kemet on my first few plays, till I played a few games that dragged on for like 3.5 hours, when everyone works to pull the leader down and tie with second place so it goes to another round. And then another and another.
