Well, this sounded dodgy, but I did as he suggested, I got a geforce account, signed up to steam, bought BeamNG to get it into my library and I even went out on Christmas Eve before the shops closed to buy a gaming keyboard and mouse. Got it all connected up and, it works, only thing that is taking some time is getting the controls set up to the keys I prefer but other than that, I am actually playing BeamNG on my Xbox series X, something I have been longing to do for a few years now. Thank you very much for these instructions.
@@olliefs9298 Well I also got ETS2 and ATS2 to work as well but BNGD has become my favorite, it's just so much fun driving a sports car at high speed into a wall.
You're very welcome! Looking back on it, I probably could've explained it better, but I hope you're enjoying Beamng, and any other games you have on it!
There’s a little controller tab next to your favorites tab up in the URL menu make sure that you have controller input enabled by clicking on the little controller button then it should work fine
When I pressed “get in” on it, it took me to a QR code but the QR code was only half on the page and it looked like I had to scroll down for it, but no matter what I tried I couldn’t scroll down I even tried using a mouse
You need to press the sync button on both your console and your controller at the same time. Although, if you're talking about how to connect your controller while in game then I'm sure you can probably configure it as I've used my Xbox controller in game before.
Well, I use a controller when I'm playing on my computer(in between the release of this video I got a laptop powerful enough to run beam) and it let me use both a controller and a keyboard/mouse to control it at the same time. Are you going into the controls menu in settings to try and configure it? If you are then I'm not sure how to help you, unfortunately.
I got a question, i think its a question that alot of people want to know but theres not enough traction about all this, so its on the low, but how do i download beam mp (multiplayer mod), on the series X??
@@thecrk9201 Ok cool no. I just wanted a solid profound answer from somebody that knows more thn me, bc i tried looked for the info but this type of stuff is very scarce around the internet. Much appreciated bruh
