Its because player 2 doubled down, Multiplying his bet by 2, player 4 didnt double down and still has the same amount of chips he bet

@@GatherTogetherGames Thank you for clarifying that doubt. I have another question. In situation where the first two cards of the dealer sums up to something in between 11 and 16, and the dealer's third card crosses the sum to greater than 21. Does that mean the dealer lost?

The dank memer i think has a broken version of blackjack I've never see anyone get an ace and a face card plus the payouts vary, and a lot of time don't even match the bet played
