Thanks for the guide! I see other guides saying not to use empower rune weapon in the opener but I feel like I can get my breath to last a lot longer if I do.
Yeah the guides say wait, but I dont find there's any difference and the dps you gain by actually having consistant reseaources and haste in pillar is much more beneficial I think, you also want the second empower to be there for the 2nd burst right away as if you BL on pull, this breath will be a lot harder to keep up
To be fair its taken 2 expansions to get to that point! The buffs are a weakaura template from Nnoggie and then the rest is basically elvui, runic bars and runes made by myself. As for Crit chance, 25% is definitely enough, I normally hover around 25-30 myself, the flask can sometimes help that too
I'm literally sitting in front of a training dummy watching your 99 Parse Video and you hit me with this. Forever goated. edit: I'm roughly hitting 28 Seconds of Sindragosa on a Single Target Dummy without Bloodlust, what is the number I should aim for though?
Now that's a compliment - thank you! With good rng you can get 30-40s but the trouble with a long breath is how resource starved you'll be going into your second pillar window. 30s is the aim I would say, and at 28 I think thats a good number for sure. With BL and buffs youll get to 30s+ easy!
@@Brennin_ Yeah Unholy is still performing well if you are good at the spec, that plays very differently and utilities more passive damage and buff juggling than upfront damage like frost
Thank you for your video ! When you are about to drop your second BoS 2 minutes burst and the conditions are not the same as the opener one, what do you need before releasing it (like how many runes/runic power) ?
You're normally looking to have about 3 runes back (bos gives you 2 straight away) and around 70 runic power, you want to make sure Horn is either up or about 10s from being ready too, you also want to keep a eye out for if adds are spawning soon, as its more beneficial to send then if its soon
Hey man, if you don’t want to play Breath and have two equal weapons (593 1hs and 593 2h) is there an ideal build to play? Should I just play 2h oblit?
So it’s safe to spend rime proc right when you get it, as long as you don’t have 2 killing machine procs? Like does rime proc take prio over frost strike if you’re not going to lose icy talon buff?
If this is without burst, then yes spend rime as soon as you get it as long as none of your other buffs will drop off, with this build as well we dont generate rp on rime so you dont need to worry about it overcapping you
Yeah you're right there mate, except you dont want to DnD before your window on single target, you would still send db and pillar as soon as they come off cd rather than wait for Empower weapon as well
Frost dk doesnt have loads of damage outside of breath but its still very decent, it shouldnt be bad if youre playing the obliteration rotation while breath is down!
@@huutungnguyen4940 You dont need to if Breath is down, you just want to juggle your runic power and runes and make sure neither of them overcap and waste resources
I just dont seem to keep BoS up for long enough. I follow your rotation but then after 10-ish seconds I have to press Horn of Winter because I dont have any FM procs or I have cd on obliterate... Stats: 26% crit 8% Haste 29% Mastery 6% Vers Any idea what is going wrong?
The exact script for the macro I use is this: #showtooltip Breath of Sindragosa /cast Pillar of frost /cast !Breath of Sindragosa /cast Raise Dead /cast Blood Fury /cast Empower Rune Weapon /use 13 Use 13 is the first trinket slot and Blood fury can be replaced with any racial ability, the exclaimation point in front of breath, prevents me from double pressing the button and cancelling the buff by accident

The tone of your voice is perfect, it is not annoying to listening to you over a long period of time other than the volume being too quiet. I dropped a thumbs up and followed you, interesting in seeing what your cooking next. I would had liked to see more in depth what is going on while BoS is on cooldown and how you manage to keep the DPS acceptable and highly competitive for both raid and mythic performance. Also how we can manage to keep going without loosing too much in case of a failure either in the opening or the rotation. My Frost Dk which is currently ilvl 602 with around 4 extra ilvl waiting on valorstone to show up. Whenever i use Raidbot to sim it, it gets me to add some vers and mixture of others stats and im far from being close to have 30%/30% on crit/mast like you do. However i do really feel like im too low on crit% and missing a bunch of natural KM proc for Obliterate. What is your thought on that? Is it better to ignore Raidbot simulation while it tell us to equip Vers gears and instead swap that for Critical/Haste or Critical/Mast if possible? Do you have a "Community" discord or a twitch channel to hang around? 🙂
