I've always played this by ear and was close, been in bands for many years, I've spent hours and hours on your tutorial, going to try it out at a club tonight! Thanks for an excellent tutorial!
Perfect timing on this tutorial, I love this song and have been playing my own version of it for a few years now. I LOVE the intro, as it is MUCH better than the single notes I have been playing! This is such an accurate version, I've been playing a simpler version without the 6ths and 9ths that you do. Great job!!
Superb performance, would love to hear Wasted Time and Pretty Maids All In A Row, great piano riffs and you've got the voice for them. Thanks a million !!!
I'm finally getting around to taking a stab at this one. Great tutorial. Like always, Nate, you did a very thorough job of explaining the intro, chords, and timing. Well done!!!!

Thanks so much for doing this tutorial. I've been trying to learn this song for years. Yes, I am a beginner. You are the first tutorial I have ever seen that shows the entire song! Thanks!
Hi Nate this is my favorite Eagles song I can now play the intro and working on the rest. So well explained I am no great piano player but even I can make this sound acceptable. Thank you
Way to challenge us Nate - getting me away from the standard old simple triads and making me thinks - I need that if I'm going to improve. A couple years back I recorded a guitar instrumental of this so now you have me thinking as to how and can combine the two. Step 1 - learn the keyboard version.
Anther wonderful tutorial. You did such a great job on “Hotel California”. I found it accessible for me to learn. Even the guitar solos. I’m now in the process of revisiting your tutorial of “Shallow”. I can’t wait to learn this one. Keep up the amazing work, Nate. I always look forward to the weekend in anticipation of a new tutorial being released
Hi Nate! I really like the way you teach piano esp this Desperado by the Eagles. I hope you can also teach the piano tutorial of the song by the Bread, " Just Like Yesterday" sung by James Griffin. Thanks!
You are very welcome Nate! Just love your tutorials. My next request is Your Song by Elton John. Probably a lot of melody but it's based on chords so kind of just arpeggios?@@PianowithNate
Heyyy Nate !! Great choice of song! Another great tutorial!! Very well explained. I love the details. Easy to follow as usual. It is very useful when you stop to explain the melodic parts. The details of the intro and the outro are amazing. Great play through at the end and the displays during the play back isre nice to see to review!! 🎶😃 ( and of course when you suggest the proper fingering )
This is a beautiful cover, Nate! :D Would love it if you could also do a video on As Tears Go By by Marianne Faithful, or Love Hurts by Everly Brothers/Nazareth. Thank you :))
I hear you, I was worried about this being too complicated. I’m considering doing an “easy” version where I don’t go into so much variation between verses
@@PianowithNate if you did every part just like you did the first verse it would be perfect and I struggled to get the ending of the intro but the rest of the intro was easy to pick up what your laying down but I’m no piano player just a drummer
My fiance wants me to learn Elton John "Dont let the sun go down on me" You're the only one who could.explain it so it would make sense. Another one I would love to try is Alan Jackson "Remember When" or Allison Krauss "When you say nothing at all"
