if you jump and use leeroy's unique you can actually leave the puddle midair. basically anytime you use his unique, there's a little amount of time where you can move around before the puddle is actually placed.

Cool tip: if you have high dmg on someone and you miss the ultimate, you can pull them into it if you are fast enough.
