Pit - the easiest and hardest spot in the game

Instructions unclear. What I have to do when 3 guys go B and my only buddy on A is the second awper of my team and he raw peeks T-ramp and dies. Team's other awper, the negev-guy and the guy who bought only a deagle, armor and one flash with 4,5k money for some reason go rush banana and die and I'm in 1v5 situation before I reach my first position and B players yell something in Russian while playing eiher in nightclub or airplane and the raw peeking awper yells I'm bad player for not throwing a flash for him which he didn't ask?
