Dude, I really and truly appreciate the effort you've put into the lesson on this great tune, but TEN chords? I'm not sure it's that complicated? I've seen Willie play this song live (in concert) and here on RU-vid, and other than the few times that he jumps a key at the end (which he rarely does), he's using strictly E, B and A chords. That's it! Three chords!
