I had just started a new playthrough of Skyrim and forgot that i left the difficulty at Legendary as big F you to future me. Thought i was just rusty or had suddenly become sh*t at the game, didn't realize until i almost got my ass kicked by a mud crab. But at that point, it was a matter of pride so i couldn't change the difficulty. I died so many times to the huge frostbite spider in Bleak Falls because of the poison damage.

Paralyzes stops fall damage in skyrim. In fact you can jump off a high location and just before you hit the ground eat Netch Jelly. It will paralyze you and save you from the fall

i done a similar thing. added myself a bunch of gold for skill training / iron dagger component shopping. i bought a turn undead enchanted weapon as well so i was training, and when i haven't leveled up i made a bunch of daggers, enchanted 'em and leveled up, went back to the skill trainer. when i finished i was like level 30 or so but it wasn't fun 'cos i couldn't progress the character any further.
Im sorry bro, but your game is not on legendary difficulty. You do too much damage to enemies and they barely scratch you, while My legendary in the beginning I was being killed by wolves. And you just go straight to enemies like they even aren’t a treat. Sorry but may be hard or normal, but not legendary.
