Hi Matt, another great lesson I remember your great tutorial on "The sun always shines on TV" too. The finger picking is explained well, thanks. In the original Kenny Rogers version I believe the last (2?) verses/choruses modulates up a note?
@@jamesdodger5588 Thanks James much appreciated 😊 Yes you’re quite right in the original version he goes up a semi-tone for the last verse/chorus. When I play the song with my band I just move my capo up a fret at the appropriate time 😂

Thanks I've fully recovered now! Ah yes I think I know which embellishment you mean - I do a hammer on over the C chord occasionally, which is achieved by lifting your second finger up on your fretting hand. (the finger picking pattern doesn't change). Is this what you meant? Happy to explain further if more detail would help!
