Wow, seeing a battle report by a gamer artist, rather than “just a gamer” is insane. Literal stop motion animation and hand-drawn smoke and explosions? This absolutely needs to be seen by more people. Oh, and I also have to add, no, this isn’t what I want you to solely focus on. I celebrate the fact that you’ve been able to make such a wildly awesome channel without pigeonholing yourself into one specific niche. Variety is the spice of life, and your channel has variety. Theo's tonk was super cool! Your animated battle report was great, I hope to see some Stargrave or Gaslands from you too. Well, provided you can do it without always spending days on animation. I wonder how you managed to record the banter so well too. It felt natural even though it didn't sound like you were in the same room recording as you played.

Really great stuff, appreciated the quick run down of the rules, Def made the video better in my opinion, the stop motion elements were also amazing as usual Bill, though don't kill yourself doing it. I think the game could benefit from "special habilities" for the tanks of each faction, or classes, or maybe even both. If I ever get some free time to make some tonks, I'll definitely try to do something like that.

I feel like the game looks like fun. But I think making 'turning' into an action could make the game more tactical/interesting. I'd like it if a Tonk could either turn 90 degrees, or rotate its turret up to 180 degrees, or move directly forwards 4", or backwards 2". Another interesting option would be to roll for initiative every turn. So both players would write down their three actions, and then roll to see who went first. Overall though a great little video and I appreciated the narrative.

Ver y cool to se battle reports done this way, was much more enterteining to watch then just seeing someone moving things about with their hands on a board. I love this, I am already planning my tonks. One mechanics question though, why use an action on turret when you can just do a 0" move and turn to always face what you're firing at (meaning good armour)? I guess it comes up in 3+ tonk battles?
