As a urgot main i think tryndamere is a very easy matchup, because you can wait until the last second to grind him and bypass his ult (4 seconds of R stuck on him + 0.5 of pulling), and even if he doesn't die of the R grind, you can finish him off because at this point his R is almost running out and you pulled him next to you.
