always rabandons second item, you should build seraph's 4th item Imo best build is Luden tempest, Rabandons deathcap, void staff, seraph's embrace and flex: either banshee veil, cosmic drive or tank since you have enough ap at this point boots: sorc shoes Luden's Tempest is only worse than everfrost if you are good at using it otherwise Luden's passive goes a long way (pentration for each legendary item) instend of flat ap which veigar has plenty
