This video discusses the basics of volleyball and goes over the rules. Its great for beginners to learn how to play volleyball. This video is a compilation of other videos on RU-vid, none of these are mine. Thank you for watching.
who else is here bc of haikyuu? 🙋🏻♀️ i literally finished 3 of the seasons in 2 days n i bought a volleyball for $35 today n it hurts like hell my arms r all bruised
I will become NISHINOYA❤️ I am actually a good receiver AND I love volleyball 😁 and my best characters are Oikawa and kageyama and hinata and nishinoya 🙈 love them all
I’m here because I finished watching Haikyuu and bought a volleyball 😂 I played with my dad who is actually really good but my arm hurt like hell and makes my arms go all red, HOW DO YOU GET HIT IN THE FACE WITH THIS HINATA?!
@@Jam13MF Bro It does trust me I wanted to play volleyball because of Haikyuu and so as a good friend I am made my friends help me learn and play with me But when I was practising my Gym teacher saw us and decided to help...........That was my mistake.........WHEN HE PASSED ME THE BALL AND I ZONED OUT A LITTLE BECAUSE I WAS WONDERING WHERE THE HELL DID IT PUT MY GLASSES!!!!!!!! I FELL ON THE FLOOR WITH MY GLASSES FLYING OFF MY FACE WITH A RED FOREHEAD WHILE MY FRIENDS STARTED LAUGHING
missbeautytai If a ball is coming to you and you have to look up, hit it with your open hands like you're going to give it a high five, hit it with the part under your palm, if the ball is kinda low, fold your hands and hit it like the girls in the video. Don't be nervous or scared of the ball, it helps.
i’m here because i told my mom i wanted to play volleyball (bc of haikyuu ofc) and she signed me up for a volleyball league instead of beginner classes and it starts in a week 😀
good or bad? I can't tell. They look exactly the same to me. Except one is green and one is red. Does that mean that red is Evil and can kill you but green is a good color and will give u luck? ;-; so confusing XD
All the haikyuu fans in here tho- 😂 I’m the same height as Hinata and im the same position as him too ^^ it’s a lot harder than you think and the anime makes it look easy but trust me it’s not! it takes a lot of experience and training.
IT DOES NOT TELL US HOW TO POP THE BALL OR EVEN BUMP IT. AND I GOT A FRICKIN TEST ABOUT VOLLEYBALL TOMORROW! MAKE A SECOND VIDEO! P.S. I know that I'm rude so deal with it BP
We've been practicing/practice playing volleyball for about 2-3 weeks now at gym and my feet and arms hurt soooooo bad! This is actually my first time playing volleyball since I move schools a lot so I don't get to try and play volleyball at all. Then on Monday we're getting into teams now. I'm so scared! I can't serve, spike or hit it properly in practice games but I can when I'm alone! I shouldn't be on a team at all cuz I'll just make the team lose...
Everyone who is too anxious to do it, but really wants to; *GO FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS!* Even if you don’t believe in yourself, one random stranger does! Go do what you love, my dude/dudette!
I’ve played volleyball a while ago with my classmates and I literally suck at the beggining but the second time we played volleyball I was so happy because I can play it easily even though it hurts so much! I’m still happy tho
I had a genuine interest in volleyball from 3rd to 5th grade and I played for about a year and 4th grade and then last year as an 8th grader I found haikyuu which brought back the memories and fun and now I want to learn how to play again so I guess you could say I'm here because of the anime
i am a fan of the anime but i saw in the real life video taped versions (not sped up or slowed down) the ball seemed like it was going slowly and smoothly and the players seemed really talented and jumped high/received nicely. i learned my uncle used to play so now i have a ball and no info
I’m in the 7th grade and really love volleyball, I’m okay at it nothing special. I’m super tall so that’s good for blocking but I’m incredibly nervous and never had the guts to try out for anything especially since I live in such an athletic community where I feel like I’m being judged constantly. I really want to play but I let my thoughts get ahead of me
why do I get a Haikyu feeling about this post hehehe in the end Hinata ended up training with the girls and either way if you want to play you should definitely go for it!
This game volley is a nice sport to play , when the ball is on your side They have four kinds of serve , The first one is "1" that is up against the net , so its considered a quick hit , second is two , which is 2 when the ball is in the air they call two , so that hit has a alittlw delay , third , is 3 calling it when in the air , that hit is a higher jump , this game has even a serve where they put 10 , that hit is set from back , almost right three steps away from the jump serve line , intresting how this game is played , really enjoy the sport . . .
Do you have to set the ball all the time-like passing it around? Also can other positions besides the spiker hit the ball to the other side? (Sorry if I said something wrong)
You don't have to set the ball but it's beneficial to your attack if you set to a spiker instead of just passing the ball over the net. Anyone can hit the ball over to the other side, but if you are a backcourt player, then you can't jump and spike the ball once you've passed the white line (3 meter line).
I'm in Grade 10 and I practiced 1 Hour only without experience. And today is our tryout. Sadly, I didn't pass. My rival team had an ace player who sureball but I could receive her attack. My problem is serving. I only got one chance to serve and it hit the net:< so I didn't pass. I suck i know HAHAH its hard when younger ones are expecting something from you when you have nothing to show. But i''m in the club and they host training so ill do mybest to get better and try again in senior high. 😊😊
in gym we did volleyball and im not gonna lie how i was pretty dang good at receiving the ball and hitting it back to the otherside of the net (idk what its called but feel free to tell me what this is called) but my wrist area/arm looks so bad (it looks bruised and it was bright red and burning during class lol)
Im gr.5 but im good at this but......... I have much technical difficulties...i need more training but this could help me..im just bad at serving tho..
YO SAME IM TRY OUTS ARE IN MARCH , yes that’s a long time, but like i can’t, i only know some of the basics cause i’ve been to a live game but i’m honestly so nervous about the fact that i might not pass😫
i did try out when i was in elementary school, but sadly i'm not choosen to be on the team. Then i tried again but i'm not able to make it AGAIN. so when i was in 7th grade i didn't try, because i know i can't make it. But when i saw the volleyball team.. i'd start thinking that. What if i did try?you can't blame me. I'm so sad that i can't make it when i was in elementary school. But now, i'm thinking if i should try again?because i really love volleyball it's just i'm scared of the thought that i'll not make it AGAIN. What should i do?
Watching this just because a day after tomorrow teacher will grade us (the teacher is going to throw the ball low and we need to hit it and push it into the air with (don't know the name) a hammer like hands. Wish me luck
I’m going into 8th grade and I am trying out. I’m very scared because I really don’t know a thing about volleyball... When do we know when to switch positions? What if you run into people? aaa
bella cam It’s a very fun sport. The way they described it is pretty advanced. You switch positions after you gain the serve. I know it may sound complicated but it’s easy to learn. Good luck!
Noah G I’m super confused bc we just started a new thingy setup position play and i’m middle front but it’s hard to transition and i have no idea where to go when someone is serving or a ball is coming to the right. It’s so hard to keep up! Any tips for a beginner?
i’m nervous because i wanna play volleyball and i’m playing it this season but i’m in 8th grade and i wanna be good enough to play in high school :) does anyone have any tips?
