Handy video, thank you from a penholder moving into the dark arts of pimples. The guys coaching in my club are all shakehands`and struggle to understand when I talk about these techniques.

why are you holding pen holding when you normally hold it shake hand? can you do the demontration in shake hand instead?

1. I was surprised that she only showed the technique for penholder. That was a big disappointment. 2. It would be very helpful if she also showed a camera angle with the camera behind the other player. If she included this, then we could see roughly how much backspin the other player was putting on the ball. As it is, I did not find this video very helpful, since I do not know if she is returning almost dead balls (ie, with just a bit of underspin), or medium spin, or heavy spin. I'd love to see a training video that teaches, "Here is how to return a heavy underspin to your long pips. And here is how to return normal amounts of underspin. And here is how to return dead balls or balls with very little underspin."

I lost interest after seeing you holding the racket with penhold. Do understand that most players are shake-hand, and all long pips players I know also use shakehand grip.
