How to plough with a pair of steam ploughing engines 

For some strange reason, I find this much more entertaining than watching TV.

Interesting! Is this really how early steam tractor ploughing worked? So, pulling a plough behind the tractor was a later evolution of this?

Nice method! ! but there was no danger that the steel cable would break causing damage to drivers?

I've watched steam ploughing for years and each engine usually gives a "toot" when it's safe to start the run back to the other engine,, i did not hear that happen here?
