Dr. Berg actually covered this years ago in a video you can RU-vid search dry chapped lips is a symptom of vitamin B2 deficiency aka riboflavin once I started taking that my dry chapped lips went away immediately
I watched this a couple of days ago and have been using it. Today I saw myself in the mirror and my lips looked like they did when I was a teenager! Works great!
Well......first I have to say, I must apologize for not believing in you, my wonderful educational Dr. After 3 days I listened to the naysayers😮and stopped doing these exercises, just a little lip stretching like you showed us....however, this morning looked in the mirror😊yes, my lips have already plumped! A very apt description Mary.....my lips looks plump, not fat, not swelled but fuller, plumper just like when I was in my 20's and 30's💃now at the age of 58 I'm actually very excited! Many, many thanks to you doc, new subscriber from Australia🇦🇺💖
@@wallywalkabout Yes, for me it has........AND I stopped using Colgate sodium Lauryl sulfate toothpaste as well, purchased a natural toothpaste and my lips are looking great!
Puckering up your lips like the doc showed here is good if u want fuller lips as well, push your lips out like your going to kiss someone make them like a trumpet and hold for 6 seconds once a day this develops the lip muscles because that's all they are..muscles and you can increase in size any muscle with the right stimulation ,you will notice a difference inside 2 weeks most times...
I’m going to try these for the lines. I drink so much water I get up in the night. I have to apply lip therapy all day long and a thick coat of Vaseline at bedtime to keep the corner of my lips from drying out. Took me years to figure out I probably drool in my sleep.
Could be in my head, but I did a few and I feel like my lips have gotten a little bit plumper. Thank you. And I really enjoy your channel. Helps my self-esteem. I want to look good for myself… not for others. Just to make me feel better
I like my lips but I love the natural way you show to humans! 😊 God is a huge fan of you!!! I will start as soon as my moisturiser lipstick will go off 💋😊
I use a lot of coconut oil on my face, under my eyes, on my lips, I have used it after a shower all over in smells nice and your skin is so soft. Great advice Dr. Mandell. Thank you and God Bless you....
Thank you Dr., I love your videos so informative, but mainly, it is the combination of your gentle personality, strength, family love, and desire to help with natural techniques, that makes you such a master.
Unfortunately most people these days go for fillers to make their lips to look bigger and smooth. but I’m not going to do it so I will try the exercises👍
Thank you for the lip exercises. I personally would have preferred that you did each exercise in full, so I could do them along with you and not keep pausing the video. I would love to have seen a list of what to do simply written out before you discussed the exercises. Please consider ditching all the photo clips. I don't think any of the picture perfect clips of perfect looking people does anything to benefit the information you so graciously offer.
AS I did these lip exercises, I felt tingling. I really am grateful for your channel Dr. Mandell and your knowledge. I like knowing we can always learn and do better for our Health.
I’m a lip balm-aholic! 😂 So I don’t have the problems of dry cracked lips. Not for years! I use organic brands or coconut oils. Also the circular message around the lips is great. I do this too and have really seen improvement of the volume of my 63 yr old lips. TY Doctor. This was great though! 🙏🏻☝🏻💖
I ate strawberries a long time ago, and I developed problems in my lips. I learned to wash my mouth inside and outside after I eat fruits That have the same type of acidity, and use also CARMEX. Which used to come in a round container and it was perfect for my lips, But now, they have changed the container to a plastic tube, which even though it still works fine, I just do not like it, because it is plastic. But this product has helped me for over twenty years. Thank you Dr. Mandell for all your kindness. GOD BLESS YOU.
Thank you very much Dr Mandell for your videos that are so helpful to everyone ! I used to get canker sores in my mouth all the time, it was painful and so annoying! My dentist was baffled. One day I read an article concerning sodium lauryl sulfate and how they can cause canker sores to develop. Yikes! So I bought a toothpaste that didn't contain SLS and since then no more canker sores! YES!!!!(Touch wood because I can also get canker sores by eating walnuts or Gruyère cheese). So I printed out the article and gave it to my dentist. lol So I sincerely hope my comment can help anyone having trouble with canker sores. That SLS is in sooo many toothpastes, even in toothpastes for children! 😠 So the next time you go buy a tube of toothpaste make sure you check the ingredients first so you don't buy one containing SLS. Peace and best wishes to all. ☺️
@@M.O.W. I am originally from North America but have been living overseas for some time. "Touch wood" is used by my British friends.....some of their words or expressions have rubbed off on me lol
Yes i agree i would much rather do the exercises along with DR M rather than have to pause , go back and hope I’m doing them correctly. Either way , i recently subscribed to your channel and am really enjoying all your tips and videos! Ty so much
I needed to see this video today.. the last year, I started getting lines around my lips 💋 it was really making me feel self-conscious.. I will try these exercises in hope to get rid of the lines... Thank you, Doctor Mandell. I love your videos and your motivation..
Vertical lines around the lips are from loss of hormones like estrogen. You must be menopause age. Ask for bio identical or bio similar hormones once you go thru menopause
I just saw this.. I did this routine only once while watching.. obviously, there's no visible difference yet, but I can feel it around my lips. I will add this to my daily routine starting tomorrow morning.. Thank you 🤗🤗
I just watched this video and did the same! I paused it while I did the x10 bits then continued to the next stage. I'm now at the end of the video & to my surprise, my lips actually do FEEL different - warm, nice n tingly, more pronounced (can't think of a better description at the mo). Like you, I can't see a difference (nor did I expect to after only one routine) but my lips feel like they should look more plump if you know what I mean! So much so that I had to check in the mirror, lol! But seriously, with such positive, instant results like this I WILL be doing this again that's for sure!
@@MissIdolize the lips have a lot of sensitive nerve ending, so stimulating them is going to have the reaction you are describing. So, 3 weeks later, are your lips permanently fuller?
@@user-pd7il3xz5j I didn't carry out the routine daily as I had planned to, but did around 4 evenings a week. I def feel it more than I see it but there is a subtle visible difference! Even my husband noticed! I will continue.
Thankfully God blessed me with great lips...however the older I get, the smaller they get...because you know lips automatically turn under...will do these... You are the best! ❤
I'm pretty body apathetic. Never cared about how my lips looked and still don't. However, if you are, then most vitamin E capsules are synthetic so God only knows what those chemicals are doing. I'd stick with aloe and coconut oil instead.
I developed that several months ago, to my horror. Turned out I was iron deficient. After a month or so of taking a good iron supplement (liposomal iron), my lips healed up. They are still dry (not as dry though) but the red cracks and patches at the corners of my mouth have cleared up.
@dr.mandel. First of all, Happy Easter for you,, your mum as well all mankind. Thanks for this insolite exercise, never thought of before. Fantastic effect felt on the spot. It seems having moved flushing blood, at rest. Thanks very much indeed. Cheers for joyful Easter for little and elderly. 🌅🎉🎂💐🥰🙏
Yeah that's good for you darling, but some people like to have plumper lips. The good Doctor Mandall is just demonstrating on how to get them in a natural way. We are all different in our own way and how we want our appearance to be 😊
I have a rose quartz facial roller that vibrates. I would love Dr.Mandell's opinion on this, and am also interested in anyone else's experience with one. I use it on my neck and face while I am reading. I wonder how it would be concentrating on the lip area? Guess there is one way to find out! Thanks for the video, Motivational Doc. All the free content you post is very much appreciated.
@@priyankadey2620 You're supposed to drink 2/3 of your body weight in ounces. Or do 67% of your body weight. I'm 200 so I try to drink 134 ounces a day. I put lemon juice in it for taste. It's been working because I was over 300lbs and drinking white wine daily after work. I totally cut alcohol drink my lemon water, ate lots of almonds and My skin looks better! I have way more energy and no longer have high cholesterol. I was going to get gastric bypass but stuck to just water and only 500 calorie diet a day.
I just checked my toothpaste and it does have that sodium lauryl sulfate in it wow thank you very much for your information and for the lip exercises I've always had a top thin lip it seems to be getting thinner thank you very much ❤️
I’d like add, don’t use chapstick with menthol!!! I was addicted to a popular chapstick and it made my lips deflate. I didn’t realize this until the main ingredient in a fat burning cream was menthol.
😁I have not thought of having larger lips. Great exercises, after doing these you will notice. Do not use major toothpaste, use a toothpaste that has healthier ingredients. Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil Peppermint Oil. I do Acupressure exercises almost every night for face which includes around lips.
