If you ever scratched your watch (we all have) and thought how can I remove the scratches, this is the video for you. You will need a variable speed dermal and polishing compound to get the job done.
You sound like Norm MacDonald the Canadian comedian sadly not with us. Great video! Sorry, I just couldn't stop laughing the whole way through. I never thought polishing a watch could be so funny but It's your voice! Hilarious!
@@davestelling Flitz is great, yea. But do they make coarse grits for deep scratches? Cuz they one i use is the final polish, which is a white paste in a tube.
will any of the compounds scratch sapphire crystal? should I tape mine off first before doing the bezel? mine is a hamilton field khaki that has a shiny bezel around the sapphire glass and then a brush finish for the rest.
Can this be done with some of the 70's vintage Walthams and Siekos etc that have a gold tone to them? They are definitely not gold, so I just dont want to accidentally make a two tone watch lol
