After January 2020 Garry's Mod addons are no longer stored in the GMOD addons folder, instead they are stored in the steamapps workshop folder as temp files making it really difficult to port stuff. Here's my method as no one else has posted one. steamdb.info/patchnotes/4589106/
1. Open a folder and navigate to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin and scroll down until you see the GMAD program
2. Open another folder and navigate to D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\4000
3. Find the addon you want from garrys mod on Google
4. Take the search ID from the Google URL and paste it into the D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\4000 search bar at the top right
5. Take the temp file from that folder, and drag it over the GMAD program, it will export the files back into the temp folder
6. take the folders contents and paste them into your D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\usermod
