Thank you David!! I got home from getting my model headshots an hour ago and saw this right away. What a fun "poga" session! As a yoga instructor myself, I really appreciate framing posing in that way. So fun and useful! I'll be doing this again and again.

This is amazing. It shows how the body can move. How not every pose is for every person,body type and outfit type. I’m pretty sure you meant to show us that.

Can you make another video of these movements/poses without commentary? Just fluid poga flow. I'd love to practice and get super comfortable with the movements and poses. Also, I loved seeing everyone follow the same poses, but each with their unique expressions.

So very helpful, as always. Now what to do with my face? :) As a side note, forgive me for this unsolicited comment, I do not know if you are wearing knickers here, however it gives the appearance that you are not and with those particular trousers it is throwing some unfortunate shapes. Sorry.
