Thank you so much! I was spending 1hr+ manually posting to groups. I was looking into using the Facebook groups API but it was recently done away with (Apr 22nd 2024)! Thank you!!! Excited to see what I can automate now :) It would be nice if I could automate inviting people to follow my facebook profile who interact with my posts!

As there is in an 'invite all' feature for people who engage with posts on my page built into meta business suite, but not for groups I am member of (at least that I am aware of.) Thank you again! :)

The cycles of publishing posts in Facebook groups are really very wonderful, and I and my friends benefit greatly from them by watching on your channel, but I want you for the robot to be more intelligent, meaning that if it finds the page empty and there is no post on it, it will exclude it and enter the next one without leaving the iterative loop. It is also provided with If the robot stops in a certain row, it goes to the same row again to continue from the beginning there again, instead of repeating it again for everyone. I also want this, thank you.

This Video was great. Do you have one that shows how to scrape content from a post? Imagine I have a scheduled post that I want to be posted on multiple groups. I want to run the automation after each new planned post.
Great question I think it’s pretty simple and straightforward. You just create different flows. You can have different flows that trigger each other or sub flows or a table with different accounts and one is finished finishes a loop it starts another account but it’s going to be a complex automation, so don’t get discouraged And good luck. the only questions I have is about the amount of pages I should have. I followed everything to a T but I still only have 20 rows out of over 200 groups I'm on where you had received 55... secondly I would definitely like to post a picture along with my post if you can assist me with that as well, thanks!
Great question there is different ways that you can get all of the group groups. One of the ways is to scroll down and then get all of the groups to scroll down. You can do it in different ways or you can also just load all of the groups by scrolling down manually and then using my power automate, to extract all of the groups put them in Excel and then run your process from the excel. Let me know if you have any other questions.
@@RPAChampion I'm currently using the java script method but the automation still does not scroll down on the group page to get all of them so I'm not sure what I'm doing differently than what you did. how can I send you a screen shot of my current automation setup?
UPDATE: as the automation was about to start and it loaded the groups page, I manually scrolled down and it loaded 100 rows!!! I may have missed that part where you said to do it while the automation was loading but it worked. Now I just have to get the other 100 groups lol... I still need to load a picture though will you please help with that?
You can have an excel sheet where you put all of the Facebook groups that you won’t post onto and then from this excel sheet you create the automation to post on those groups

Hey Max power automated desktop is a great solution. You can do pretty much anything that a human would do just the mouse and keyboard imagine it is a tool that can automate any manual and repetitive task the more manual and repetitive meaningless exceptions. The easier is going to be to automate and the case you are going to have.
It is a Microsoft tool or natively it works only on Windows machines however on Mac you can run parallel and run a Windows machine on Mac as well. Let me know if you have other questions.
is there a way to add multiple images to the post? I managed to add action of clicking on Foto/video button but I still don't know how to select multiple positions from the popup menu (images from hard drive). Let's just pretend it opens up the desired location (folder populated only with images I want to add to post) - how can I select them all?
Yes absolutely. I made a live stream about it as well but you just have to spy additional steps such as opening a folder clicking on a different button and so on however the process is pretty much the same. Let me know if you have any more questions
I have an Issue . I can't send the text as hardware keys, since my text includes emojis. If I didn't check the Send as hardware keys box, facebook detects that I'm using Bot and put restrictions to my account. How to include emojis in your post at the same time sending that as a hardware keys.
I think meta has prohibited us from posting content on groups with automation and from third party.Is this method already patch or we can still use it?

That is a question I get a lot. I will be making another video about that in the meantime all you have to do is just record the actions that you do one posting an image.
There are certain limits that you have to comply with my account was never blocked. It will just temporarily suspend me from posting for a certain amount of time.
Very simple just put your group that you want to post in an excel sheet and then you can also put the post inside of the Excel sheet and whatever you can also use the excel sheet you don’t have to do it in the way that I did it
Note that you need to add a wait of 1-2 seconds after each scroll down. You'll get +20 groups in your OutputData for each scroll, considering it waited long enough to allow Facebook to load the groups. If 1-2 seconds is not enough for you, increase it to whatever you need. I have one question though, I'm running this on accounts that have hundreds of groups. Is there any way to make a loop and add a script that ends the loop once you truly reached the end of the group list?
I tried a "conditional loop" with variable result [object Object], doesn't work as variable is constant. I tried a manual loop using a "label" before the JavaScript and a "If web page contains" and tried most DIV from the loading widget (widget"s div doesnt' contain pictures...) I'm running out of ideas
Yes there are different ways to achieve this but can be complex, one way would be to extract the number of groups and based on that brake the loop once the condition of a he table having tot rows has been furfulled other way would be to click on load more until there is no more load more on page , or drag mouse to scroll down , let me know how you solved it

What you can try is maybe attaching to a running instance and running the automation with the web browser already opened. Let me know if this makes sense
@@RPAChampion Now I can. The problem was an error because I tried to run normally but running as Administrator it's work. Also, facebook groups can't write a post at equal ways each others. Only can write on Public Groups because the text box object only exist in the Chat Tab but not in Selling tab.
There are certain limits that you should consider when posting it is a different from profile to profile some profiles that were created back in the day have a smaller quantity of post that they can make
If you wanted to add emojis they cannot be sent in as keyword keyboard strokes. It has to be either sent as a variable value or some other way. Let me know if you figure it out.
