Nice drills for progression. I believe getting the high airflare is indeed the best way to learn it. Nice control from the start by going from handstand to handstand allows you to build out the strength and technique first, and then form and lower angle can be improved gradually from there. yo my man thx for great tut! i got a problem with my left leg/hips position... everytime i kick from my left leg it happens from my knee not my hips (like bboy tsukki does)... i can do it 12-15 of them but when i want to do variations like munch airflare its a problem with left leg... any tips?
Work on your pelvis and back muscles. It's the hips area that is needed to be developed. I'll post a video with exercises for developing strength and control of pelvis. For now work on jumps from the hips and placing attention on the"chair position" while moving in airflare. Let me know if that worked for you
