I've been copying from photos like a maniac for almost a year without learning much anything about imaginative drawing. The way you've broken down the process to making a successful illustration the "intuitive" way felt like a breakthrough moment for me. Here's to starting from square 0 but doing it right this time.
Started today to draw again. I love it years ago, now i have 21 and want to dedicate time to this. Im very confused about when to start but your channels is gold. Thank you!! Greetings from Argentina🫶
Excellent work! The video has a high quality feel overall. But what you mentioned about contrast with the paper makes sense, never thought about it that way.
Pleasant explaination, clear and insightful. But a bit much for one lesson trough. Still it shows that witch sketching vague ideas can be made visible and meaningful.
Man this is just what I needed to hear, I often times feel so afraid to even try drawing something because I know it won't look great and it won't be a finished art piece, but this really helps me get to draw without so much fear.
