There are many ways to feel the odd meter. In this video, showing one example to feel two rhythms = polyrhythmic way.
First, please practice the upper part (13/16) over the quarter note metronome.
Second, practice the lower part (4+4+5/4) with feeling quarter note + paying attention to the accent of 13/16 (upper part).
