I learned by the Holy Spirit a few years ago to tell my soul to shut up. Literally-- it works!! The silence is amazing and most of the time, I am not able to even recall what was just spinning in my mind!! Useless mind clutter.

what’s challenging for me, is simply doing it! just getting up early enough every morning to pray for 1-3 hours in the spirit is challenging. no distractions but my mind (soul) just hates it and wants to do other things. but here i am at 530 forcing my soul to comply. GOD spoke to me through deuteronomy 9:3 one morning in february and i saw that the consuming fire is actually my talking in tongues. i’ve noticed that so many believers are stagnant and i see that they don’t pray in the spirit much or not at all.

The fact that you called out a wrestling move is sooooo true. I was going through a hard time in the prayer closet for a few weeks. Every time I got up the Lord would show me the word "Nelson" on the back of the book. I keep asking God why do I feel this way in the prayer closet. Finally looked up the word Nelson...a wrestling move. The holy spirt gave me a full revelation that I was being pinned in the spirit and I was unable to move. He showed me how to break free and dominate...Tongues. He is so Good!!! The holy spirit will lead you and guide you into all truth...The question is are you listening? Thank you Brother Zadi!

Please pray for my son who has mild moderate hearing loss at birth, then it all went in one ear. Now he's diagnosed as type 1 diabetic. I know the Lord does not want this of him.. help me Lord to pray in the spirit and reach out for healing, with belief and expectation 🙏

Keep praying in the Spirit well done. Luke 18:1 you are literally building yourself up in your most holy faith and also ascending in the realms. Praying in the spirit is a highway into the spiritual you’ll start to see and hear with clarity the Spirit of God because your spirit man is gaining dominance over your soul.

Well said Kevin as always. Requesting prayers for me because I want to become a pilot and receive my license her in Indianapolis. I prayed in the spirit today after I had an amazing flying dream last night of rescuing two ladies in the air in which I flew them down to safety. I am retired military of 26 years in service in the Army and I am 46 years old. Ready to ask God if me becoming a pilot is his will for me. Staying positive. :)

When I pray with the Holy Spirit sometimes I can feel inner movement. When I've combined reading the written words of God and then praying with the Holy Spirit from my spirit seems to be very powerful

Holy Spirit is on the move!! I was praying over my home with my mom and we were praying in Tongues and the enemy was trying to shame me and make me feel embarrassed. By faith I am also seeking prayers for my son Mark who is 43, and has to have serious surgery on 6th of April. Thank you Kevin Zadai for explaining it in simple terms the tussle between your Soul and Spirit man, what a gem. What a brilliant analogy on Spirit and Soul when God tells you to do something "your Spirit response is Yes Lord and your Soul says No what about me". Four years ago the Lord dropped it in my heart to give my house to my oldest son and today I'm on the threshold of completing that process. My Spirit is totally at peace but my Soul is saying but where are you going to live, you haven't got a home or anywhere to stay. Praise God he is the Author and perfector of my faith and although I'm over my head God will not let me drown 🥰.

God had me spending all of my money on someone who was taking advantage of me for months, and didn't even allow me to tell anyone about it. I could share miracle after miracle of how God provided for me during this time and my spirit was rejoicing in how awesome God is, while my soul was trying to reason with me as to why I shouldn't be doing it. Always, ALWAYS obey the leading of the Spirit, even if it doesn't make sense. It is always worth it in the end!

It's when you start answering back, it's a problem!" 😆 ... Every time i pray i would say " i am your warrior princess Lord!( and your ministry i just realized is Warrior Notes...God is so awesome!!!) I get this. God told me to shut down my eBay store recently and sell everything and move on. So I did because I want to be obedient but as the stuff is leaving at the yard sale for cheaper than I paid for most of it I felt that feeling of “what have I done? This has been a huge part of my income for such a long time.” But I believe if you want something new from God you have to step out in faith and get rid of the old.

Oh my! I so needed this right now! I had set myself and my heart to pray in the Spirit daily for a more extended period of time, and like, immediately, I'm getting pushback from everywhere and was having like this feeling, like, "did I do something wrong?" Because I was feeling kind of horrible after it all and after praying! Kids seemed... "off" as well and like they've been effected negatively by it (they're still super little, just 2 and 2 year old, and I'm a single mom). But I felt that I should continue pushing through and plowing through and continue to pray in the Spirit each day no matter how I "feel". And I will! This is just further confirmation. Praise God!!! I must have gotten someone's or some thing's attention that wants me to back off. So naturally that just shows me I must be doing something right, and to keep doing it! 🙌❤️🔥☺️

Something in me kept saying “It’s easier than that”. Then I heard not by power nor by might but by My spirit. It’s probably that this message was landing in my soul when it was meant another way. I struggle and try too much. Yet in another way, not enough.
