I do this with lemons and limes. I also make blueberry & strawberry syrups to add to the lemonade (or cocktails.) It's delicious!

It seems organic cane sugar is only marginally healthier than regular cane sugar, which is nearly white. I'm sure yours tastes great but the color is still quite brown. Do you ever switch for aesthetic reasons? 😏
