i find that forms are a bit more difficult than tips. but that being said forms can be used on so many different shapes of nails. for example you might not want to use a tip on nails that grow downward because later on that will only accentuate it. i also think it is important to note that for gel you might have to cut the form so it fits under the nails perfectly. with acrylics i actually would bother with that, but gel can flow between the nail and the form and that's not really professional

Wow this is my first video. I love the way you describe step by step 🙂. I had to like and subscribed and my notifications on always. I'm a single mom (43) of 2girls & 1boy and lastly a wonderful grandchild she's 6 and such a girly girl she's the on that truly inspired me to learn nails 💅🏼. I'm not a license nail tech I am completely new to this nail journey. I started watching videos like mid June/July-ish of 2020 since Covid began I haven't been able to get my nails 💅🏼 done so I started to think 🤔 maybe I can do them myself. I did get overwhelmed with what to buy and where quality verses quantity and not to mention how much things cost especially because of the pandemic prices has risen. I stopped 🛑 watching RU-vid videos and just started in late October to view nail tutorials. I'm grateful I came across your video today thru my recommendation thru youtube. I would love 💕 and appreciate any and all advice on what to buy as a completely newbie like the basic essentials. I'm not really tech savvy and I'm not sure how to like my daughter says DM?
