My corn dough looks amazing and not a single bit wasted - I told my little sis that your mum said the cling film should hug the dough and it is just incredible. There is no particular ratio, you looking for a wet or moistened sand consistency, if you add too much water, don’t worry if you compact it well it would settle on top and you can decant it 😊
Sweet A please what kind of cornmeal mixture is the best.? I used the Indian head cornmeal and a different brand maize meal. Mixed them together but it didn't come out nicely. It's wasn't SMOOTH.
