Use a leaf blower and force the soil into the holes in the middle then the outside to the middle then back to the outside edge at the end
The pressure washer, rinses everything down gets rid of the clumps. This is built in two days.
If you had a tractor or you could back right up to the area which I could not probably have done a lot easier than I did
If you have enough seeds, you just seed the whole thing because it’s level it’s easy to do. Sometimes I use Styrofoam blocks and rest my chest on it. It makes it more easier to plant the seeds then cover it up afterwards about an inches soil put a sprinkler on it
