How to prepare a Blue Swimmer Crab for cooking 

here here this is one of the best demonstrations for quality of camera, knowledge and pacing of the presenter. I am cooking my first swimmers today and am much more confident after seeing this. Might even go down to the markets after seeing this :)

i only wish all demonstrations on youtube were of such a standard and quality.

The front claws on that crab are HUGE! We have blue crabs in Maryland USA but they are not like that, even the big ones. They look delicious!
