Can you plant right away or is it better to wait for the compost to work its way into the soil? Also, what about weeds growing?

Hi I’m curious you confirmed the soil Was alkaline side of neutral but I can See what looks like a Rhododendron Growing the other side of the fence How is this so

@@bandq thank you, I'm going to add topsoil on top of the soil patches on the right and left sides of my lawn then apply bark to stop weeds, would this be better winter time (now) or summer/spring time? Also, do you guys sell the testing kits for soil ph?
