REFRIED BLACKEYE PEAS> OMG THERE YUMMY. Serve with any kind of Mexican foods to REPLACE REFRIED BEANS. They even make great BURITTOS YUM 👌👌 Way i make them is? Just like refried beans > but using Blackeye Peas OHHH YUM

Thank you so much for watching my video. I do not soak the beans. You definitely can soak them overnight in cold water or you can bring them up to a boil and turn them off for 2 hours and then start cooking them. The cooking time will be reduced if you soak them.
