I think I’m going to look into my Eastern European roots to find my version of cacao. I think being in tune with your bloodline and ancestral instincts can be profound to your health. Wow this is my first time coming across your channel again after 7+ years and to see how you became a medicine woman brought tears to my eyes. I’m Filipina and I was also led to a similar path so this video just resonated a lot for me. Love this! However it was way too much of a dose of ceremonial cacao for one person (which is important as it may cause some side effects since ceremonial cacao is strong and may be overwhelming for some people on high doses ,hence thats why you want to stick to the ceremonial dose) and I would not add any other herbs to it as it may interfere with the cacao properties as Cacao has already everything you need in a ceremonial dose. You would want to keep it as raw as possible. You may add honey, cinnamon and other spices to your liking. Just sharing extra information as I know some people may just do it as its shown and maybe not do more research. Blessings 💖

I appreciate this self healing concept of the cacao. I knew that it was the favorite food of Aztec kings. I’m half Nicaraguan so we make it with milk and sugar and oh my word it’s amazing. Just how much cacao are you slugging from that fat jar you got going on in that picture anyway lady? I pumped myself full of half a cup's worth of raw organic cacao powder with some ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a cup or two's worth of spring water without cooking on an empty stomach after I got up this morning...waited an hour or so until I had anything eat, and now I FEEL! My heart is pounding and I want so much more! I'm thinking of doubling the dose for tomorrow morning...is this a good idea?
