I don't want to give you any more reason to procrastinate, but if you do procrastinate, make sure to watch this video! That was a good video, I am glad I found your channel. I hope you don't mind but I would love if you can make more specific study techniques video. I think this is where most people people don't have in-depth knowledge of and would be very helpful. Another question, do you have a video for some kind of dynamic time management? Every time I make a timetable, something just comes up and messes up my timetable.

I hope u are fine and keep going and motivated I found you while I was looking for the features Samsung notes then started follow you , hidden gems on RU-vid , and really appreciate you hard work on RU-vid and studying Jaël , I think deep sleep and the quality of sleep is the big issue to our generation lots of apps around us and infinite scrolls , but I think sleeping in the night and reset our biologicals clock to wakeup us instead of many alarms its all about how you understand how your brain and body work and biologicals time and I think its very good to see sun light and take some healthy breaths in the morning at 5:30 or 6 am and if you repeat the process of walking up early your sleep will be automatically more deep and more focused on the tasks or your day with a good mental health .
