Dude, i mean...dude.....I watched many of your videos to prepare for the Swift Hunger Games. I actually watched a couple of your videos twice. I had my whole game plan step-by-step, sections chosen, code copied, DO NOT REFRESH running over and over in my head. I was ready for it. Thanks to you, I knew what to expect, and I was calm.... and I got the tickets. Like, really good ones. Thank you for your advice.
you are such a lifesaver omg, i've been binging your videos non stop for a couple days to prepare for verified fan and amex presales for harry styles. i've been using all ur tips and hopefully I get selected in a couple weeks!! HUGE thank you!!
Less than an hour until the Billie Eilish Happier Than Ever presale. I was selected for Toronto. 🎉🎊 Crossing my fingers that I can get some really good tickets. Thank you for the tips. This video answered the questions that I had.
Great advice, thank you. Just one question to save some seconds. to join the queue with verified fan email code. What is the quickest way? to sit in Ticketmaster account with your code ready to copy and past waiting for que to open or click on email link as soon as presale queue opens, which for Taylor Swift is 30 mins before to join waiting list. Tickets go live 2pm, waiting room opens 1.30pm so have finger poised over email link to Ticketmaster or be in Ticketmaster account?? Many thanks in advance
you have a great personality, present, and format your videos so well! i’m surprised you don’t have a larger platform, thank you, im verified for the taylor swift concert, hoping for good tickets
I've been selected for the Olivia Rodrigo show in SF; do you know my chances of actually getting tickets? Like I think it might be all general admission so it might not matter too much which seats I get, but do you know like what percent of people are selected (compared to the number of seats in the auditorium) in general?
Usually (but not always) the amount of verified fans will exceed the number of tickets available, but not everyone will join the queue and actually buy tickets. Or some will be late. Or only buy 1 ticket. Bunch of reasons but regardless the odds are still very much in your favour to secure seats. You’ll want to be quick but you have a very good shot at securing them as long as you join the queue on time
Thank you for this video. I am going through Verified Fan Presale for the first time tomorrow morning for Bruce Springsteen tickets. I am super excited as my husband and I have been huge fans for decades and we have been telling our daughter and boyfriend how we can't wait to treat them to their first Bruce show! Fingers crossed for awesome seats...and appreciate your tips!
Best of luck!! I think your level of prep will definitely have you ahead of the pack as many people just hope and pray 😅 let me know how it turns out!!
@@thumbsuprun YIKES, well, I got tickets but unfortunately I thought I had 4 floor seats when I went through the purchase I then realized it was only for 2. Paid more than I wanted to for just 2 (fortunately, we are huge Bruce fans so in the end it's okay). I then went back in and got 2 upper seats side stage for daughter and bf. I'll be better at this from now on. I was so excited and wanted to grab the best seats and did it too quickly.
It’s crazy sometimes how fast things can go. Also you may find that when you try to cart seats (in this case 4 at once), it’s possible someone else carted them before you even if the map hasn’t updated yet. So when it hits you cart, it could be fewer tickets than you initially thought you had
@@thumbsuprun ah that makes sense. I will definitely be more alert to how many I actually have in cart before clicking 'purchase'. :) Thank you again for your content on this subject!!! I truly appreciate it.
the vegas show was sadly through AXS and not ticket master... absolutely the WORST ticket buying experience!! got my ticket, but not the one i wanted:( your videos were very informative though and will use them for future reference!!
I’ll have to make a few AXS videos in the coming weeks! I know that Ticketmaster is the most common but I don’t want to leave my AXS pals hanging either. I’m glad you could still secure some seats (even if they weren’t exactly what you wanted!) but maybe in the future you’ll have better luck 🤞🏽🤞🏽 enjoy the show!!
So helpful! Thank you! I am still not positive when I put in my access code or my presale but I will have it on copy/paste so I'm ready this afternoon. Will let you know how it goes.
If you’re purchasing on Ticketmaster then you’ll enter the code AFTER you get through the queue on the page where you can purchase tickets. For AXS events, you’ll enter it AFTER getting through the queue but BEFORE you can access the ticket purchase page
hi! thanks so much for your helpful videos. i know in previous videos from 2 years ago you said you would prefer and suggest using a mobile device but it seems like you're suggesting a laptop now. is it now pretty much the same?
It depends on how you like to purchase tickets. If you want to select your EXACT seats then a laptop is the way to go. If you just want to select a few different sections and let Ticketmaster provide you options than mobile is the way to go. I do enjoy the large screen on a laptop but mobile I find is great when things are just too hectic. Picking individual seats from mobile is a no go though for me
If I do get accepted into this program for the SOUR Olivia Rodrigo tour, will I be able to purchase tickets @ the same time they are scheduled to release to the general public or do the people who get accepted get an earlier time to purchase tickets.
It’s something I’ve never seen before. Normally they would have the verified fan presale at a different date and time from general sale. This would imply they would need 2 separate types of queues (which I’ve never seen done as of yet) for the same time slot. My best guess would be the general sale won’t take place and would only be verified fan, but I could be wrong….
@@thumbsuprun Thank you so much! Sorry for all of the questions I asked. One more thing, if it is labelled as verified fan OnSale, is that different from PreSale. If so what is OnSale. Thanks again for all your help!
It works the same way. And because they use the word on sale, it makes me believe that it’s only a general sale for verified fans with NO general sale for non verified fans
Hello! Great video, thank you so much. A quick question, if both me and my friend got a code for each of our accounts, would it be a bad idea to use the same wifi when trying to get on the queue?
Nice video this just shows how I hate the new presale codes to try to get in the right spot to buy tickets. How I miss the days when fans would line up early at the venue to get the best seats. Gone are the days when I would pay a bunch of homeless people to camp out overnight to buy my tickets. Not only did I pay them would treat them to McDonalds afterwards so there was something in it for everyone.
It’s hard for me to even imagine that time in the world. The last time I think I even saw a lineup to buy tickets in person was with Katy Perry in Ottawa back in...2014? And it was at random Ticketmaster outlets, not even at the venue itself. I’d love to hear more of your stories, I’m sure you’ve got tons of them!
@@11nightmare_26 RIPP I GOT VERIFIED FAN BUT I STILL DIDNT GET MY CODE AND IM SUPPOSED TO GET IT TODAY BC TMR IS THE DAY TO GET TICKETS I HOPE YOU CAN STILL GET TICKETS THO, GL!
I apparently signed up for a U2 Verified Fan lottery for Vegas shows last month(?) but never received anything back. And noe The Cure is doing lottery for their US shows in May 2023. Of course, I won't hear anything. I could care less, I never will see these bands live concert but can live with the feeling of their best shows on home video.😊
If you buy multiple tickets you don’t need any information for the other attendees in your party. You only need your own info in your account to buy the tickets. Normally tickets will be transferable so you can simply send tickets to your friends as long as they have an email address or phone number 😁
Nope, never reload the page once you get into the queue. If you’re on the page and NOT in the queue, then yes refresh. Once in the queue though, don’t refresh at all. It will do everything automatically
Thanks for the video. Unfortunately, I was all set to go today and Ticketmaster decided I was trying to access the Pre-Sale event from the wrong account. Problem is, I only have one account. I used the link that I received in the text and never even got the chance to enter the code they provided to me. After 10-min, they posted a notice that traffic was higher than expected, blah... blah... blah... the page refreshed and now tells me to try again tomorrow. :(
Sometimes Ticketmaster just refuses to cooperate with us 😭 I’m sorryyyy, best of luck at the next presale is all I can say. I hope you land the tickets you’re wanting!!
I’m late but when you click the link that was given to you does it connect you to the date that you pick when you register or not? Also how do you edit or change the date that you pick?
When you click the link it will normally drive you to the event date you selected. However, for the BTS sales you should be eligible to use that code across any of the dates up and purchase to a total of 4 tickets across all of them
I don't think there will be any bigger concerts happening in the UK anytime soon but I am already excited and stressed for when they do. I remember the insane stress of trying to get tickets for BTS concerts.
Also sorry I think I heard in a previous video that mobile device are better because the algorithm likes them more. Is that more to do with general sales than presales?
In the past I found mobile devices to be better, but now with the changes to the queue over the last couple of years, it really is all the same at this point. I’d use a mobile device though if available and be sure to go onto data instead of WiFi if you can ☺️
hi so i’ve been selected for harry styles one night only show in new york.. when i click the link it sent me it shows a page that says “the next sale will begin…” and shows the date next to to it and a timer underneath. is that the page i should be on to wait for the queue? like will the page go to the queue once the timer runs out? i just want to make sure i go to the right place when the queue is available.. and is the queue the line or will there be a different line after the queue? thanks for making these videos by the way.. super helpful!!
That is the correct place to go, but you’ll need to refresh the page about 15 minutes before the sale begins to enter the queue. Other than that, just keep your stress levels low and good luck tomorrow!!
Very very similar, but AXS has their own waiting room. You’ll want to open the AXS site at least 15 minutes before and there should be an artist presale link or a general ticket link that you will be able to click to enter a waiting room. Once you get in, wait in the queue like you do on Ticketmaster, and you’ll have to enter your code once you get to the front. There will likely not be any manual seat selection options though, only a best available button and a few different price points to choose from. Then you’ll need to search and check out at that point
I asked my friend to sign up for the twice verified fan presale and she got the code! Is it possible for me to use her account and her code but on my computer to get the tickets? Also, if I change the phone number will it still work, or would I have to switch it back to the original phone number?
You’ll be asked for the code AFTER you join the waiting room and move all the way to the front of the queue. It’ll then open up the ticket page and a prompt box will appear for you to enter it in
@@thumbsuprun Is it helpful to log in to my verified Ticketmaster account before entering the waiting room? Or is it best to wait until I am asked to log in to my verified account? Thank you.
It’ll take a few hours, potentially get the code as late as tomorrow morning. Check your phone for a text message and should receive it ideally in the next couple of hours
Not the end of the world. I like to recommend using the code and url together, but if no url arrives you should be okay to simply go to the event page and join the queue that way. It’s cleaner when you have the URL to use but otherwise Ticketmaster has still linked your account to the event so it should still work as expected
when the countdown drops to zero and the pre-sale opens, the page usually says it will refresh itself, but sometimes it doesn't. do you know if it's safer to wait for it to refresh by itself, or to refresh the tab yourself?
If you get within 15 minutes and it hasn’t refreshed yet, ALWAYS refresh. If you’re within 5 minutes and the queue still hasn’t shown up, refresh again. Only if no queue shows up within 5 minutes of the sale time would you leave the page as is. Otherwise always expect to need to join a queue
@@thumbsuprun do you mean only if the queue DOES show up within five mins leave the page as is? i thought if it doesn’t show up then you do refresh it?
Correct - if the queue does NOT show up with 5 mins left, refresh the page. If the queue DOES show up though, nothing to do and don’t refresh. Just join the queue let it continue as normal
thumbsuprun is the 4 ticket limit specifically referring to the presale tickets or is it 4 tickets max per concert per account? I got four tickets but I still need to nab two more for some of my other friends. I wanted to nab them since I already know what to expect. However, I don’t want to say I’ll purchase them if I’ve already reached my limit.
Excellent question! It is a 4 ticket limit for this event. If you go to the Ticketmaster page and click the info button, you’ll see it right there. So if you need another 2 for your group of friends, someone else will need to purchase them (if they are buying them from the general sale).
When do you get an email stating if you were selected for verified presale? Today is the day they stated we would receieve an email stating if we got selected but any specific time they email will come through?? Do you get an email if you weren’t selected?
I have the same question as KREAM Mutbang from a few months ago... I have seen in a couple of places people saying that they think you get an earlier place in the queue from a mobile device than from computer/laptop, speculating that TM prioritizes mobile devices as less likely to be bots/scalpers, and a year or two ago I think you also suggested using a mobile device - but this video says to use computer/laptop. Have you tried both in the past year? Any difference? I will literally be murdered if I screw this up so I want to make the right choice, lol. I plan to use the list rather than select specific seats, if that makes a difference. And if using a mobile - app or browser??
can I log into the presale (click the link they sent me) 30 minutes before and just stay on the page? even if the queue isn't open yet, is it okay for me to wait there?
You can but you’ll need to refresh the page about 10-15 mins before to make sure you enter the queue. If you don’t get into the queue you won’t be able to buy tickets.
I have kinda a stupid question. If you get the link on your mobile device, how do you open that link on your computer? Or is the link only to verify, then you can log in with the code on your computer?
You can simply copy/paste the link to your computer, or alternatively you no longer actually need the link and can enter the queue from the artist Ticketmaster event page. You will be able to then use the code once you get through the queue and buy tickets that way as normal
Question I have a presale code for tommorow for 2 shows on back to back days for the same code! how does this work. Do I have to join 2 separate ques for each or is it just one to join and both days will be available selections seats
You’ll need to join both queues and buy tickets with the same code. Remember that you have a max number of tickets per code so be sure to not hit the max on the first event
I got selected for the SOUR tour, is it okay if im on my phone and laptop at the same time for the tickets just in case one of my devices acts up? Or is it best to stick to one device
Don’t log in from 2 places at once - you’ll run into errors and won’t be able to buy the tickets. Just stick to one device. I like to recommend people to use a laptop if they haven’t used the app very much buying tickets in the past because it’s easier to navigate a bigger screen
You said in your video that you need to use the url link that was texted on your phone, to buy the tickets if you’ve been selected. But if I want to use my computer to get the tickets, how am I supposed to click the link, if it was only sent to my phone? (Sorry if that sounded confusing)
That’s fine! You can literally re-type the url in your computer browser and it’ll open up the same site/ticket page. Basically all I am saying is to make sure you get to the ticket queue and waiting room from the url link they sent. But if you just go from the url by typing it in on the web browser it should work the same way 😁
So I’m in a very unique situation. I want to get tickets but the presale is happening while I’ll be on a cruise ship. I know first world problems. I don’t know of you’ll know the answer but will I receive the text message if I only have Wi-Fi access on the ship? I’ll have to pay for the Wi-Fi but I only want to do that if I know I’ll be able to receive all the info in order to potentially get the tickets. Thanks in advance
Depends on your provider I believe. Many offer free incoming texts even if you have data and roaming off while abroad, but you’d want to confirm with your provider to be sure. I’m always super wary of it myself but sometimes you just gotta ask to confirm. Worst case you may end up having to pay for the short amount of time for service and hopefully it won’t be too much 🙏🏽 not 100% positive if WiFi will be able to capture your text messages though, my guess is no since it isn’t the same as cell service
I got a verified fan email for Taylor Swift tickets and my email doesn’t say anything about using a desktop. In fact it tells me multiple times to be on the lookout for a text and to use the direct link in the text to purchase the tickets. So I’m very confused about whether or not I should use my laptop or my phone. This will be my first verified fan purchase so I’m super stressed 😮💨.
hi so i just got wait listed for the Harry Styles One Night Only show in New York, is there any shred of hope left for getting off the wait list? Also i forgot to mention that there is no general sale for this show :(
I’ve been hearing many complaints about those being waitlisted. Odds are unfortunately close to 0% chance 😭😭 especially with such a quick turnaround. The only way you may get lucky is if they change the production setup and they release any last minute seats
Do you recommend just selecting from the best available list instead of manually selecting the seats on the map? I've tried manually selecting seats with the blue dots in the past and it ended up not being available.
So I got in for the Olivia Rodrigo Fan Code and was wondering which would be best, my phone or computer? Cause I will be up on the website a hour before hand also. 😌
This is probably a dumb question, but when the link comes via text…do you just type that link in your computer browser. I’m old and not good with technology LOL, but trying to get tickets, I’m verified. Thank you
i’m trying to buy olivia rodrigo tickets but it’s through AXS. if i go straight thru the link i got sent do i still need to sign in?? bc i have an acct for ticket master but not axs
You’ll end up purchasing tickets through AXS and will require an account with them. You won’t log into an AXS account to cart your tickets though, that takes place after you have them locked up. I would make an account in advance though so it makes the process smoother
Thank you so much for the tips!!! So this is what is going on, I registered for the american express early access presale by verified fan to see Harry Styles, and today I saw my email and I got put on the waitlist, but there are different presales going on and one of them is an american express presale for people who have an official platinum card, and I have that card, will I be able to enter that presale instead since I got waitlisted on the american express verified fan?
The simple answer is this: If you can enter the queue, you should be able to purchase tickets for the official platinum/aisle seats. If you are unable to enter the queue, you will NOT be eligible to participate in the presales. Standard practice is to remove anyone who isn’t verified/eligible for the presales to be excluded for joining the queue, so if you can join, you should be able to participate
@@thumbsuprun Thank you so much for responding to me, you are right, I wasn't verified so I wasn't able to participate in the presales, but I was so nervous to get tickets because Harry Styles is so successful and so many people want to get tickets to see him, especially me, the general sale was yesterday and now I have tickets to see Harry at The Forum in November and I can't wait!!! I don't know if this registration that Ticketmaster is doing is new, but it didn't work for me, that is why a few days before I was seeing your videos and they really helped me a lot, so I guess it's luck, thank you so much again for all of the information!!!
If Ticketmaster has multiple verified fan presales for an event, does this mean x number of tickets are allocated per presale? So tickets won’t completely sell out on the first or second presale?
Yes exactly! There are a limited number of tickets released in each presale, though generally the earlier presales will have a better selection than the later ones
@@thumbsuprun thank you!!! I have another question. If my sister and I are using the same wifi and payment info will that cause a problem trying to get tickets? Would ticketmaster cancel our orders if we both bought tickets for the same event?
Potentially yes - if you’re under the total allowable ticket limit then it shouldn’t be a problem. However, if you both purchased 4 tickets (assuming the limit is 4), then you run the risk of either not being able to check out with one of the accounts, or risk of an order getting cancelled shortly afterwards
Having different billing info and credit cards would alleviate the issue, yes. However, if you’re on the same WiFi network, there is a risk that you could still have problems, though unlikely at that point. If Ticketmaster views too many different users on the same network, they may just block future transactions for occurring, but you likely wouldn’t run into cancellation problems at that point - it would simply be checkout difficulties. So using different billing info is good, if you can get on a different network as well that would make it easiest
Can you enter the text link from a different mobile number? My mom was verified for Adele presale tickets for us and I’m the one who needs to try to get them (I was waitlisted). Wondering if I need to use her phone or if I can use mine? Also should I be trying on a computer or the app? These are gonna go so fast we only have 55 minutes to try!
You can use the link on your own phone, however you need to use the ACCOUNT that was verified. So you’ll need to login and purchase the tickets using your moms Ticketmaster account to be able to join the queue and purchase tickets
Oh my gosh you answered so fast thank you so much! Is it better to use the Ticketmaster app for this tight of a sale or should I try online? I’m so nervous. Your videos have been so helpful!
I’d go with mobile browser, it’s a bit easier to navigate when things get super frozen. If your app freezes you can’t get back into your queue spot sometimes
Thanks again so much! I’m sure you heard the internet broke when Adele tickets went on sale so we have to wait until tomorrow but I’m hoping for good luck 🤞🏼
How do you tell if you got your ticket like what does your receipt look like. I ordered these tickets and idk how I can locate my receipt or how to even get it. This whole process was confusing and I’m scared if I didn’t get or not.
If you purchased your tickets on Ticketmaster then you will get an email confirmation of your ticket purchase. That would be your first way of confirming your purchase. Next step would be to go to your account and go to your orders/tickets (do it from a computer/laptop). When you see the event, select it and then you will see your tickets there. Then, there will be another button at the very bottom of the page to actually display your official receipt. Click it and you’ll see it there!
@@thumbsuprun I don’t have a computer or a laptop so my phone is my only source and I got a email but it’s saying like it sent and then something has to be accepted then it will confirm. Do I have to do it on a laptop or computer?
Did you get tickets transferred to you? That’s what it sounds like. You’ll need to accept the transfer and then the tickets will appear in your account. The ticket transfer email will act as proof of receipt once you finally accept them. Did you buy your tickets from another website?
Oh yeah does anyone know if you need a physical ticket for Scotiabank arena in Toronto and if you how to get it. Cause idk how to get in its my first time buying tickets
You don’t need physical tickets for most venues anymore, they’ve all moved to mobile tickets. When you are buying your tickets online though, you will be able to see what delivery methods they offer
If I am selected for presale for night 1 of a concert but want night 2 can I do that and use the same code? Or is the presale code only valid for the night you chose?
Which ever phone you registered for the tour with should be where you would be sent the text with a code on it. Double check your phone again to see. Otherwise can try to reach out to Twitter via @tmfansupport and hope they can get back to you on time
When will we know if we are considered “verified”? As in, will we be notified on the day of the presale, day before, etc. Trying to be prepared for the upcoming Twice world tour! 🙏🏼
Do you think adding the secondary locations hurt your chances for getting your first choice location? Should I not list any alternative locations to improve my chances for my primary choice?
Shouldn’t make any difference personally speaking. As long as you apply and they give an option for alternates, you should go ahead and select it. But end of day it shouldn’t reduce your odds by any means
Woohoo! You’ll see them once the seller transfers the tickets. They technically have until the estimated delivery date from your order page, but you will normally get the tickets much sooner. Just sit tight and they’ll come through!
We got a verified fan code when Harry Styles first went on tour in May. He is now adding a couple of shows and the presales are coming up. Will our code still work? what about the original URL?
From the TM side it is saying those who previously applied for codes would be randomly selected from. There isn’t any language specifically stating if old codes will work or not, but if it lets you into the queue when tickets are going on sale, then your code should still be valid from before
How do you avoid selecting the blue 🔵 putting in your cart only to find out someone else already purchased those seats. That's happened to me several times, then you have to back and pick different, worse seats
There’s nothing you can really do other than trying new seats or attempting to refresh the page. Sometimes Ticketmaster maps cannot keep up with the speed at which tickets are being carted so it’s hard to avoid it unfortunately other than just having to keep trying and hoping 😭
So before I enter the queue, Ticketmaster is going to send a verification email/text? I’m using my brother’s account because he got into the AMEX presale for Harry Styles’ ONO and he lives across the country so he will most likely be asleep. Now I’m stressed because it’s already late and idk how I’ll wake him up 😅
Lol uhoh. He should have received the code last night to his phone so hopefully he can wake up and send you the code (as well as his account info) so you can go ahead and purchase the seats
I’ve been doing research and it shows that you don’t need a code for Amex presale and that it might ask for a number on the card instead! I have regular presale and have a code for that one. Fingers crossed!
If I got a presale code could I buy 2 tickets and then go back in the queue and try to get 2 more with the same code? I don't want to buy 4 outright in case it ruins my chances
I would NOT recommend buying 2 and getting back in line again. You’ll be forced to the back of the line and likely won’t get another chance to buy more tickets when you get through eventually. Do your best to get 4 when you first get through if you can 🤞🏽🤞🏽
@@thumbsuprun thanks for the info! i don't actually NEED 4, its more a just in case my friends don't get any, so essentially I can do that but its not likely i'll get extra tickets right?
will i be able to use a verified fan code on the app? or would you use the app just for general sale and the link sent for the verified fans on a browser (google chrome, safari, etc.)?
Some venues are not affiliated with Ticketmaster (some are Paciolan, some are AXS, etc). If you signed up for the Verified Fan presale there will be some locations that go to other primary marketplaces and that’s fine. I assume you’re buying in Utah? That’s fine if it sends you to AXS. Keep your code handy and join the queue over there!
I got waitlisted for Olivia Rodrigo and my sister got selected for a verified fan code can I log into her account on my phone and get tickets that way or do you have to go through the url provided through text?
Ideally you should use the url your sister got and then log in to her account, though the url can be opened from any device. You’ll just need to ensure you’re logged in to her account to actually be able to join the queue and buy tickets
My texted verified fan link thinks I’m a bot on my computer! But on my phone it takes me to the app and the page to buy tickets. What should I do?? Was thinking I’d try using someone else’s computer
I’d use a different device if you have the option then! Friends computer should be fine if you are able to do so. Otherwise worst case is use your phone, but I wouldn’t recommend since it’ll be a long presale 😭
@@m.c.lizard9838 HI, I assume you succeed in the ticketing for bts concert. Congrats! Would you have some advice to share please ? I don't want to miss my chance to see them. Sorry for my English, it's not my first language.
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. There are times you can only access an artist presale from a direct link, but generally you will require a unique presale code that will grant you access to the tickets. Does the email say anything about how to get a code/if any were sent out?
Hi, I got verified for a presale event and the link it is giving me is taking to to AXS to buy the tickets. Do I need to make an account on AXS and add my credit card info to buy the tickets? Or will it just redirect me back to ticketmaster when the sale goes live?
Some events are on AXS or other platforms - you will need to create an account on that platform to finalize your ticket purchase if you haven’t already done so. I would recommend creating an account prior to the on sale if you can to save time.
@@thumbsuprun Ok. On AXS when I go to add my payment information it says the payment information is used to sell tickets. Should I still add it? And will the smart queue work the same on AXS?
Queue works similarly for AXS as Ticketmaster but the layout is a little different. Also, you will need your presale code entered once through the queue before you can access the ticket selection page. As for payment info, I haven’t added it in a while so I can’t say for sure if it will add it for the buying side as well or not...you should be okay not having it set up earlier but otherwise you can add it and see if it remembers it for tomorrow. Otherwise, should be easy enough to enter tomorrow if you get through
@@thumbsuprun Ok, thank you so much for the help. I found a different event on AXS that was happening in the same arena as mine and it forwarded me to ticketmaster to buy the tickets so I'm assuming the same will happen for me tomorrow.
i will try my luck to get BTS tix for next weeks presale and im scared as hell .. 😂 so laptop over ipad /phone app? i saw one video you said phone over laptop. this is for BTs tickets we’re talking 😬
I would go phone over laptop at this point unless you want to pick your individual seats. Phone makes it easy to pick a section but impossible to get individual seats
What’s the event? It’s possible the event isn’t enabled as of yet. You can always sell them via other resale websites too though (as long as they aren’t will-call tickets)
I didn't manage to get presale and I'm stressed out because I tried to get tickets on the ticket factory but it crashed at the checkout 4 times and now I'm scared my payment went through 4 times help me haha
I’ve never used the Ticket Factory before so I can’t really comment on them 😣 I think as long as you have a confirmation of your ticket purchase you should be okay, though check your credit card statement in a couple of days if the authorization charges drop off or not. If it did go through 4 times though just call your credit card company and they can sort it out 😁 or contact Ticket Factory and they can probably fix it from their end
Nothing! They generally work the same way, presale tickets are just available in advance of the general sale and require a code to unlock them, while general sale tickets do not
Depends when they are transferred from the seller. Once they initiate the transfer it’s seconds between then and when you receive the email to accept them. However, it all depends on when the seller has the tickets eligible for transfer. It could be hours or potentially not until 48 hours before the event
I assume you got verified for the bts verified fan presale? The fan club presale was yesterday and the standard verified fan presale is today. So your presale code should work today and you’ll be verified and active to buy 😁
Once you get through the queue, you’ll have an opportunity to enter the code in at that point. Won’t need to do anything until you get through the queue
@@thumbsuprun But it won't detect that I'm not in the same location as the zip code I entered? I entered my zip code here I live but I'm going to be out of town when the presale goes live
Ah that’ll be fine. You won’t need to be in the same zip code that you entered when joining the queue. You may get some security issues potentially if signing in from a new location so give yourself a few extra minutes for that. Other than that though nothing to worry about
@@thumbsuprun Sounds good! Thank you so much for the tutorial and replies, trying to snatch tickets for twenty one pilots small venue shows coming up so this was extremely helpful
Double check the email, double check the phone number on your account. They should have sent it already - try to reach out to customer service as well. There is a support email in the Ticketmaster FAQ on the bts pages so contact through there
I got invited into purchasing Olivia rodrigo concert tickets but I’m confused as to why they go on sale at the same time it goes on sale for general public ? help?
they’re probably not going on sale to the public at all, i think ticketmaster and liv’s team is expecting all the tickets may be sold out during the verified fan presale
What others have said is likely the case. While it says general sale and verified fan sale at the same time…it’ll most likely ONLY be a sale for verified fan holders
The short answer is no unfortunately. Generally codes are tied to specific event locations and dates. However, the queue will only let you join it if you’re a verified fan for that specific event. Soooo what this means is if you try to join the queue for the other show date and it lets you, then it would mean the code shoulddddd work (but can’t guarantee). Your best bet might be to still buy tickets for the date you were verified for and then look to trade with someone or sell your tickets and use the same money to buy for the correct date afterwards.
I’ve been hearing some people saying to refresh but others say “omg absolutely don’t refresh” your thoughts/advice on this?? I’m trying to get Taylor Swift tickets and it’s my first time I’m TERRIFIED
Taylor Swift will utilize a queue, so you will only need to refresh to ensure you end up in the queue. Once you get in the queue just sit there and do not refresh again. Let it work it’s way through the queue until you get through. Just have to be patient here
Not for the presale tickets anyway. General sale tickets are available a few days after. For Billie Eilish she has her general sale on Friday at 12 pm local time
